Add salt near the end, depending on how salty the cabbage juice is.

Boiled pork with potatoes in a pot

I present you a fast and very delicious food. It's pot roast pork with a pot. It cooks very quickly and does not take long. It can be served at a festive meal with other dishes or a vegetable salad or it is perfect when you have guests and you do not know what to prepare. The aroma of stewed meat and garlic spreads throughout the house, and guests will be delighted. Follow the exact ingredients and steps to prepare this delicacy.

Ingredients: 1,500 kg low-fat pork, 1-2 large onions, 1 large carrot, 4 cloves garlic, 18-20 medium potatoes, 150 ml oil, 200-250 ml water, 1 bay leaf, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the meat and cut it into medium cubes, peel the potatoes (leave them whole), peel the carrot and cut it as desired, cut the onion into wheels.



Put the meat to cook over medium heat in a pot with the 150 ml of oil. Wait for the meat to remove all the liquid and brown a little. After the meat is browned, add the onion and carrot (7-10 min).

Meanwhile, put the potatoes to brown a little in a hot pan with oil. We salt and pepper them.

When the meat and vegetables have browned, mix and add salt, rosemary, bay leaf and pepper to taste. Arrange the potatoes on top. Add water and put the lid on. Simmer everything over medium heat until the meat and potatoes are ready. We check the potatoes from time to time with a toothpick. The cooking time will be about 40 minutes.

Arrange the meat in the middle and the whole potatoes on the edges on a plate. Good appetite.


HUNGARIAN PORK SOUP WITH LAUNDRY

Hungarian pork soup with bay leaf it is a soup with pork, potatoes and rantas, in which sour cream is added to the table, to complete the good taste, but also because the Transylvanians think that they put sour cream in everything.

My in-laws have been with us for some time, so I take advantage of this to find out as many Hungarian recipes as possible from my mother-in-law.

It is the first time I hear that it is put in a soup. I admit that I had reservations, but when I tasted it I liked it.

Also from my mother-in-law I took the recipes and prepared Kati cake, Jerbo cake, Harlequin cake, cumin soup, simple goat steak on the tray, cauliflower with mayonnaise and mustard, meatball roll with baked eggs. What I haven't put on the blog yet are the pogacelles & # 8211 I'll try to make these soon too.

I didn't eat one thing in my mother-in-law's house: langosi. But for that I satisfy my appetite when I shop at Metro. In the parking lot there is a kiosk where a Hungarian family sells kurtos kalacs and langosi, so I buy from there when I feel like it.

Coming back to Hungarian pork soup with bay leaf I must admit it is a pleasant surprise. It warms you up at lunch and you feel that it is exactly what you needed to satisfy your hunger. INGREDIENT:

500 g lean pork
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
500 g potatoes
3-4 bay leaves
2 tablespoons grated flour
oil
salt
pepper

To be served:

Heat the onion, then add the sweet paprika and meat. We harden them until the meat changes color.

Quench with a cup of water, add the bell pepper and simmer with the lid on, until the meat is almost cooked.

During this time, heat the flour separately in 2 tablespoons of oil.

Quench the rantas with cold water, then add it to the meat pot. Pour 1.8-2 l of hot water, bay leaves, a clove of finely chopped garlic and diced potatoes.

Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Let it simmer until the potatoes and meat are cooked. 5 minutes before turning off the heat, add vinegar to taste.


Potato soup with sausages

We clean and wash the vegetables then chop the onion, cut the carrot into rounds and the potatoes into large cubes.

Cut the sausages into 4-5 cm pieces, cut them on both sides and put them in a frying pan.

It is not necessary to fry oil because the sausages leave their fat.

Turn the pieces of sausage so that they are fried on all sides, then add the chopped onion and let it cook for another 2 minutes.

Put the carrot and potatoes, add the paprika, thyme, salt and pepper (to taste) and cover everything with 2 liters of warm water.

Let it boil, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes.

When the soup is ready add a tablespoon of vinegar and salt, if necessary. Turn off the heat and put the lid on.

Serve the soup garnished with chopped green parsley, a tablespoon of sour cream and fresh bread.


Smoked potato soup

1. First boil the ciolan in a pressure cooker for 1 hour or in a normal pot for 2-3 hours until the meat comes off the bones. When it is ready, remove the shank and let it cool.

2. Strain the juice in which the ciolan was boiled and put it in the pot in which you will prepare the soup.

3. Finely chop the onion and pepper. Put the carrot and the whites on the large grater. Peel and dice the potatoes.

4. Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and carrot.

5. Then put the meat juice (strain if necessary) and the vegetables in a pot and let it boil for 30-40 minutes. Season with salt and top up with water if needed.

6. Then add the diced potatoes and meat. Let it boil for another 30 minutes. Check if the potatoes have boiled.

7. In a bowl, mix the cream with the yolks and 4-5 tablespoons of the hot juice from the soup. Pour the mixture into the pot and turn off the heat.

8. Add the parsley and tarragon and leave the pot with the lid on for a few minutes.
