  • - 3 eggs
  • - 250 g brown sugar

Method of preparation

To prepare the top, separate the eggs; with the help of the food processor, rub the yolks with the sugar until they become frothy. Add the soft butter, mix and then add the vanilla extract.

Add half the amount of milk, half the amount of flour previously mixed with baking powder and baking soda. Homogenize with a spatula, then add the rest of the milk and the beaten egg whites. Lightly incorporate the rest of the flour. At the end add fresh or frozen blueberries. The dough obtained is distributed in a special tray greased with butter and lined with flour or in a regular cake or cake tray.

Place the tray in the oven heated to 190 degrees C where it is left for about 25 minutes. Test with the toothpick. Still hot, the mini cakes are removed from the pan. The icing prepared according to the instructions on the package is poured, then spread over each piece of cold mini cake. Garnish with blueberries and mint leaves.

Hello dear lusts. Today I prepared a CHECK WITH SUMMER BERRIES. It is a fluffy cake that melts in your mouth, and the berries give it freshness and juiciness. You can prepare the cake with any type of berries or even fruits you want. I hope you like this recipe and enjoy it. I wish you to continue to have a tasty day and good appetite!


  • 80 gr. - cherries or cherries (without seeds)
  • 120 gr. - berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, currants)
  • 250 ml. - cream 30% fat
  • 250 gr. - flour
  • 200 gr. & # 8211 sugar
  • 100 gr. - butter
  • 1 packet - baking powder (10 gr.)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon - vanilla essence

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, put the melted and cooled butter in a bowl, add the sugar on top and mix until you get a slightly fluffy composition.
  2. Then gradually break one egg at a time, continuing to mix.
  3. Add the cream, incorporate it, then pour the vanilla essence and mix a little more.
  4. At the end, put the flour, baking powder and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated and you will no longer have lumps.
  5. Take a rectangular baking tray measuring 30 cm. horizontally and 10 cm. vertically lined with baking sheet. Spread on the surface of the tray 1/3 of the amount of dough, arrange the cherries or sour cherries and then cover with all the remaining dough.
  6. Arrange blackcurrants, redcurrants, raspberries, gooseberries, blueberries and blackberries on the entire surface. Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 50-55 minutes (or check with a wooden stick, when the stick comes out clean then the cake is ready).
  7. Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool completely and serve it with pleasure. Good appetite!

That summer I made my first cakes and I think that's when my love for cooking started. Cardamom seeds and cloves are put in a mortar and crushed.

Mix all the ingredients, add the dried blueberries, flour, baking powder and knead the dough.

In the baking form, at the bottom, arrange the orange slices, and on the side the mandarin slices.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees C for 40-45 minutes.
