Even fasting is very tasty!

  • 600g frozen green beans
  • 1 onion
  • 2 large cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of concentrated broth
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste with hot peppers
  • salt
  • pepper
  • green parsley
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Servings: 3

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Fasting green bean meal:

In a larger bowl, boil the beans in salted water for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut it into small pieces, and crush 1 clove of garlic with a knife.

Put the oil in a pan and cook the onion with the garlic for a few minutes, add the drained green beans and cook them for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes, a cup of water, season with salt and pepper and let it boil until all the water is gone. In the last minutes we add the other garlic clove. When we put out the fire, sprinkle green parsley.

How to make low green beans

Peel the onion and finely chop.
Put the tomatoes in boiling water for a minute to easily remove the peel and then chop finely.
The beans are cleaned and washed. Then it is cut, if the pods are long.
Put the onion, beans, finely chopped tomato and finely chopped pepper in water.
Then add water depending on how much sauce you like and boil for about 15 minutes.
At the end, add finely chopped greens, crushed garlic, salt and oil.
