Dough: I put all the ingredients in a bowl and mixed and kneaded them until I got an elastic dough. I wrapped the dough in aluminum foil and put it in the fridge for about 1 hour, during which time I took care of

Filling: I washed the spinach and then left it for about 2-3 minutes in hot water. After the cold has cooled, I drained it and finely chopped it. I finely chopped the onion and garlic, then I cooked them in oil for a few minutes, then I added the spinach. I let it cool. Separately, I homogenized the cheese, sour cream and eggs and incorporated them into the spinach.

I took the dough out of the fridge and divided it into 2 parts (not equal).

I greased a bowl with butter and spread the larger piece so that I lift it on the edge, then the filling and on top of the other part of the dough. I greased the egg on top.

I put it in the oven until it browned.

A pie delight came out!
