We prepare the stove and a pot in which we put water. Add the chicken and let it boil. We collect often and remove the foam that forms above the chicken soup.
Finely chop the onion. Cut the carrot into thin slices. Chop the celery in small cubes. Cut the pepper into thin strips. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, or grate them on a grater. Finely chop the greens (parsley and larch).
When the meat is almost cooked (depending on the chicken), add the onion. Put the carrot, celery and pepper and mix. Fill with hot water if needed and let it boil.
After 10 minutes, add the seasonal vegetables. Add the potatoes and tomatoes. Stir and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
We put the noodles. Season with salt, mix and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Put the yolk over the cream and mix well. Check that the vegetables and meat are cooked and turn off the stove. Put a hot soup polish over the egg and sour cream mixture and mix. Pour the mixture into the pot.
Mix, taste and season, if necessary. Sprinkle chopped greens on top. Serve hot with hot peppers.
