this recipe can be eaten simply as a fasting food or it can be a main course garnish with meat

  • 200 gr rice 150 gr frozen peas vegetable soup 1 onion 1-2 cloves garlic 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper 1 carrot 1 bunch green parsley salt and pepper 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Rice with colored bell peppers - fasting:

Finely chopped onion is hardened in oil to which we add the finely chopped garlic.

Add the carrot cut into strips with the help of the vegetable cleaner.

After 2-3 minutes add the pepper pieces. Let the vegetables soften for a few minutes, add salt and pepper and at the end a little chopped green parsley. Put the rice to boil with the vegetable soup and the peas. The rice is ready when it has absorbed all the liquid. .
