Cake pudding & # 8211 the simplest recipe

This year, at Easter, like never before, we happened to be left with a lot of cake that has become a bit old, dry. And, since my family was kind of fussy and not too happy to eat it, I opted for a cake pudding.

Now I said to try to make the cake a pudding and I did well because, obviously, it is much tastier than the one made from leftover bread.

And not only that. If we think of cozonac as a single ingredient, this cozonac pudding recipe has in total no more, no less than 3 large and wide ingredients: cozonac, milk and eggs. At least that's what I put.

I didn't use sugar or other essences because I thought the cake was sweet enough, especially since it was with walnuts and shit. Obviously, if you want or if you are used to a sweeter taste than that you can add sugar to the composition of eggs and milk.

There is also the option to add dried or chocolate fruits or other ingredients according to preference and tastes. But I think they go well when we have a poorer cake, from the cheap one, bought from the store. In the case of a homemade cake with everything, it seems exaggerated to me to add something else.
