In a bowl I put flour, made a nest in it, then added salt, yeast, sugar and a little warm water. I made a mayonnaise and let it rise for 10 minutes. Then I added the oil, the rest of the warm water and kneaded until I got a good elastic dough to spread. I covered it with a kitchen napkin and let it grow.
Meanwhile, I chopped the leeks and peppers and with a little oil I put them to harden, I added the mushrooms, I added salt and pepper and I let them boil a little for 15 minutes, then when the water dropped well I added the cut meat. I left it for another 5 minutes then I added the corn, I let it cool a bit.
Then I divided the raised dough into three equal parts, I greased a little the palms and the plate where I spread the piece of dough in a circle, I greased it with ketchup and I put part of the obtained composition on half of the dough. I repeated the operation with the other two pieces, then I folded them in two and with a fork I pressed the edges well. I pricked them from place to place with a fork (to get the steam formed inside), then I placed them in a greased tray lined with baking paper. I put it in the oven heated to 180 degrees and left it until it browned a little, then I took it out and greased each piece with a composition obtained from an egg yolk and two tablespoons of yogurt. I left it in the oven for another 10 minutes and the pizza is ready to be served.
