Dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk, sugar, a tablespoon of flour and let it grow for approx. Ten minutes.

In a bowl put flour, salt, mix a little with butter, yeast, yogurt (which should be at room temperature), milk, oil and knead until it forms a dough easy to spread, a little hard and sticky.

Leave to rise until it doubles in volume in a bowl greased with a little oil.

In a tray with baking paper I put the dough that I kneaded a little more and I placed it simply without any shape and I let it rise for another 20 minutes. Before putting the tray in the oven, I greased the dough with water and cut it a little.

Leave in the oven until nicely browned on top.

It turned out very tasty !!!
