Preparation:

Ingredient:

Method of preparation :

When you go shopping without any idea why it should be bought, you wake up so suddenly with a box of half a kilo of fresh mushrooms. Bought not because you needed them but because they looked too good and too beautiful. And you get home and you look at them for a long time and they look at you, you still think that you made ciulama, you made cream soup & # 8230 so what else can you do with them? And you trot a little more on the net and you discover that you still have in the fridge some bad thin puff pastry that you handle only with tweezers and that's how you get to the wonderful mushroom pies.

Ingredients collected from the refrigerator:

& # 8211 500 grams fresh white mushrooms

& # 8211 a few sprigs of green onion

& # 8211 a tablespoon of olive oil

& # 8211 some more puff pastry sheets (ready made so you can't make them at home)

& # 8211 grated cheese enough to sprinkle over the pies

& # 8211 an egg yolk for greased pies

And it starts nicely with the chopped onions, both red and green, bell peppers and hardened in a tablespoon of oil. Cut into cubes or slice the mushrooms and put them to harden. I also added the current spices to make sure I didn't forget and I think you also put a delicate cube but I don't guarantee it. Here it is to everyone's taste. And now it's a trick. These sheets to be glued to each other must be greased with melted butter. So I make sure I melt the butter and start the painstaking process of creating a pate. Namely, take a sheet, grease it with butter, put it on top of another sheet, grease it again with butter and one more and you're done. Three are sufficient. Put a teaspoon of the wonderful mushroom composition and wrap it as your imagination allows. It is certain that some triangles must come out. The heads stick together, as if they had just been melted. Place it nicely in the pan and put it in the preheated oven at about 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, until it gets a yellow-brown color and which, of course, does not show signs of blackness.

But somewhere in the middle of the process, or even towards the end, we take the tray out of the oven nicely and sprinkle over each pate, the grated cheese. And I put them in the oven until it seemed melted and completely spread over each pate. Well, it fell apart, but you can nibble when it gets cold.

Carbohydrates are few because although they are floury, those floury ones are almost insignificant. Let's start with the composition: boiled mushrooms have 5 grams of carbohydrates per hundred grams, so 25 in total. Add 10 more onions and bell peppers and approximate 45. And 10 grams of puff pastry. So about 5-6 grams of carbs on each pate I say but I increase it to 15 because no one can resist one. So I don't have to say how delicious they could be. In fact, it shouldn't be that they're already gone!

They can be made with lamb and that's how we have a delicious specialty.

200 g smoked bacon (optional)

thyme, salt, pepper & ndash to taste

a can of Sun Food tomatoes

1 teaspoon onion granules

1 teaspoon chilli sauce (optional)

I used peeled tomatoes from Sun Food & ndash canned 100% healthy, without additives or preservatives,

which I always have at hand.

Let the puff pastry thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or at room temperature for a few hours.

Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped or chopped bacon on the food processor

with S-blade, crushed garlic, thyme, salt, pepper. If you do not use bacon, I recommend increasing the amount of meat.

We spread the puff pastry sheet a little with the facalet, we put at one end (in width) a long layer of minced meat,

twist, grease the remaining puff pastry with egg and twist again to form a roll (as in the photo).

We cut pieces of about 4-5 cm.

and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 C.

Put the canned tomatoes in a saucepan, grind them a little with the hand blender, add salt, sugar,

onion granules, oil, chilli sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In the last 5-6 minutes, add the crushed garlic.

You can use any of your favorite herbs: basil, thyme, rosemary or dried dill.

  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove of garlic

  • chilli

Allow the puff pastry to thaw gradually if it is frozen. The dough should be cold, but malleable when you put it in the oven.

Meanwhile, clean and finely chop the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Put a pan with a little oil on the fire. Add the onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes, then add the mushrooms.

Season with salt, pepper and chilli and leave on the fire until the mushrooms have hardened and the water they have left has completely evaporated.

Turn off the heat and add the finely chopped dill. Stir and allow the composition to cool slightly.

Meanwhile, turn the oven to 190 degrees and prepare a tray that you line with baking paper.

Divide the puff pastry into 6 or 8 equal parts, depending on how big the piece is and how many pies you want to get.

Add a tablespoon of filling to each piece of dough and fold. Press the edges with a fork to seal the contents inside. Grease the patties with beaten egg and bake for about 18-20 minutes or until the patties are nicely browned.
