A good, tasty and healthy meal because it is also prepared with organic products (green onions, garlic, parsley, eggs, flour, chicken breast). It is easily prepared and I highly recommend it.

  • 1 kg boneless chicken breast
  • 4 onions suitable in size
  • 2 cloves green garlic
  • 2 green onion threads
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegeta
  • thyme
  • 1 link green parsley
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 yolks
  • 50 ml of sunflower oil

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Vegetable stew with chicken breast:

Peel an onion, green onion, garlic and pepper, wash and finely chop. We wash the chicken breast and portion it into smaller pieces (as for goulash). Put the onion, pepper and garlic in a saucepan together with the hardened oil, add the paprika, then the chicken breast and let it cook for 10 minutes together with the vegetables. Season with salt, vegeta, pepper and thyme, then add enough hot water to cover the meat a little and let it simmer over low heat. When the meat is well cooked, mix the flour with the egg yolks and a little water and put it over the stew. Let it boil for another 5 minutes and season with green parsley.
