  • Tomatoes, sliced

  • Olive oil

  • Kosher salt

  • Breadcrumbs, toasted

Recipe Preparation

  • Place tomatoes in a pie dish; add oil to submerge halfway. Let sit 30 minutes, turning once. Transfer tomatoes with a slotted spoon to a platter (use leftover oil for dressings), season with salt, then press into breadcrumbs.
