1. Cut the salmon into thin strips; the onion is cleaned and chopped, then, in a large pan, heat the oil and butter, then cook the onion. Add the wine and bring to the boil, over high heat.
2. As you add little by little the whipped cream, bring it back to the boil and then season with salt and pepper.
3. Flour pasta is boiled in a large amount of salt water; add the salmon to the sauce and leave it for about 1 minute, without putting the pan on the fire. Strain the pasta, add the salmon sauce, mix and serve immediately. Optionally we can put fresh basil leaves (I really like it!)
These pastas are a very interesting combination for those who like smoked salmon .... I really liked one, but my sister was not so happy!
