Peel the potatoes and wash them with a little oil and put them in the oven.
Grind the garlic and mix it with salt, pepper, paprika, coriander powder and a few tablespoons of olive oil. Grease the fish pieces with this mixture and put them in the pan. Distribute the lemon slices and bay leaves, sprinkle with a little olive oil and bake for 30 minutes at 200ºC.
Heat 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil and add the 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic and set aside. When the potatoes are ready, lightly crush them and pour over the oil with the garlic and sprinkle a little salt.
Remove the fish from the serving plate, place the potatoes next to it and sprinkle with fresh coriander.
