Method of preparation:

Mix the sugar with the eggs, honey and baking soda. Beat for 7-8 minutes with the mixer until creamy. Mix the oil with the vinegar and 80 g of flour.

The dough is placed in a form (20 & # 21525 cm), covered with baking paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Remove the hot cake from the oven and leave to cool completely.

Give 200 grams of cheese through a sieve (to make it creamier & you can rub it with a whisk). Beat the cream until it becomes firm then mix with the cheese and 80 grams of powdered sugar. The cooled cake is turned and greased on the entire surface with cream.

On one side, along the length of the cake, put two bananas and sprinkle (optional) with cocoa. Roll the cake and dust with sugar. Leave in the fridge for an hour and then serve.


Dessert with bananas and mascarpone - Perfect for any occasion

First we separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt in the foam, then add powdered sugar and beat the solid snow.

Caramelized walnut cake



4 eggs
200g nut
12 tablespoons sugar + 4 tablespoons caramelized nuts
150g butter (minimum 80% fat)
4 sachets of vanilla sugar
1/2 lemon
100 ml of milk


Method of preparation:

Step 1: Clean and grind 125g of walnut well.
Step 2: Mix 4 egg whites with a pinch of salt until they harden a little, then gradually add, continuing to mix, 8 tablespoons of sugar, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and lemon juice. When we have a glossy composition like meringue, gradually add the walnuts, mixing lightly with a spatula.
Step 3: Pour the composition in a tray lined with baking paper (20X30) and bake at 170-180 degrees between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the oven. The countertop is ready when it hardens and takes on a brown color on top.


Caramelized walnuts:

Caramelize 4 tablespoons of sugar in which we add, previously chopped, the remaining walnuts. Remove everything on baking paper and leave to cool.

Cream:

Step 1: Mix the yolks well, with 4 tablespoons of sugar, until they turn white and the sugar is melted, then gradually add the cold milk. Put everything on low heat, stirring constantly until the composition hardens a little, and the foam formed is less. If you do not have a bowl with a thick bottom, it is better to boil the cream on a steam bath, so as not to risk lumps or cuts.
Step 2: Mix the butter with the vanilla sugar until it becomes creamy, then add a tablespoon (no more risk of cutting) of the yolk composition. The butter should be at room temperature as well the composition of the yolks.

Cake assembly:

When the top is completely cooled, cut it into 3 equal parts horizontally, not like a cake, then assemble alternating top and layer of cream, the last being a layer of cream over which we add the previously crushed caramelized nuts.
Put everything in the fridge for at least 2 hours.


How to prepare cake with coffee cream and bananas:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

In a bowl, mix the egg whites and gradually add the sugar.

Put the yolks one by one and incorporate the flour previously mixed with the cocoa.

Place baking paper in a 24 x 32 cm tray.

Pour the composition and bake the top in the preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 35 & # 8211 40 minutes.

1/2 cup oil
280 g flour (2 dogs)
1 sachet of baking powder (10 g)
a shape 28 cm in diameter or 25 * 30 cm, greased with butter and lined with flour

Pour boiling water over the cocoa and mix well until the lumps disappear. A thicker oil-like liquid should come out.
Beat the egg whites with half the amount of sugar.
Separately rub the yolks with the rest of the sugar, add the oil, the flour with the baking powder and the cocoa composition, slightly cooled.
Carefully incorporate the egg whites in about three halves.
Pour the dough into the prepared form, beat lightly on the table (lightly, not with your fist :)), enough to break the bubbles from the surface, then shape in the oven for about 40 minutes on medium heat or until the toothpick comes out clean .
Cool in the form, then portion or use for cake / cakes.

Looking at the ingredients and how to prepare it. I mix flour with cocoa powder without dissolving the cocoa in boiling water. AND I lay whole eggs, without separating the egg white from the yolk. The cakes that are made here in America are very fluffy so they don't need syrup.

Mix the crushed biscuits well in a work or grind in a kitchen blender together with the melted and cooled butter.

Pour 150 ml of milk over the pudding powder. Boil the remaining milk together with the sugar. Then add the pudding to the boiled milk and mix until it thickens. Pour the pudding over the bananas and spread it evenly. Allow the pudding to cool completely.
