A delicious dessert!
1. I used 1/2 packet of margarine for cakes which I let soften at room temperature and mixed the margarine with 1 tablespoon of super black cocoa, 1 cup of coffee and 180g of sugar using the 1-stage mixer. (You can also use butter instead of margarine).
2. 1 egg I beat them with milk.
3. The liquid composition of egg and milk, mix well with margarine cream and sugar, then add the baking soda previously mixed with 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
4. Mix the flour with the baking powder, then incorporate it into the muffin composition, mixing lightly with the mixer in step 1.
5. Cut the bananas into small cubes and lightly incorporate them into the muffin mixture, using a spoon.

Dessert with bananas and mascarpone - Perfect for any occasion
First we separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt in the foam, then add powdered sugar and beat the solid snow.
Then mix the oil and yolks. Add them to the egg whites and mix lightly with a spatula. Finally, mix the walnuts that we chop.
Add flour, baking powder and cocoa. Stir gently.
Pour the dough into the tray lined with baking paper (25 x 36) and bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Cut the worktop in half.
Prepare the cream by beating the butter with sugar in a foam and then mix the mascarpone.
On the first top, apply half of the cream, cover with the second top and apply the second part of the filling. Then place the bananas cut in circles on the filling. If you do not want the bananas to turn black, grease them with a little lemon juice.
In the water bath, prepare the chocolate icing and pour over the bananas. Refrigerate for a few hours. Until the glaze hardens.

Caramelized walnut cake
12 tablespoons sugar + 4 tablespoons caramelized nuts
150g butter (minimum 80% fat)
4 sachets of vanilla sugar
100 ml of milk
Method of preparation:
Step 1: Clean and grind 125g of walnut well.
Step 2: Mix 4 egg whites with a pinch of salt until they harden a little, then gradually add, continuing to mix, 8 tablespoons of sugar, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and lemon juice. When we have a glossy composition like meringue, gradually add the walnuts, mixing lightly with a spatula.
Step 3: Pour the composition in a tray lined with baking paper (20X30) and bake at 170-180 degrees between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the oven. The countertop is ready when it hardens and takes on a brown color on top.
Caramelize 4 tablespoons of sugar in which we add, previously chopped, the remaining walnuts. Remove everything on baking paper and leave to cool.
Step 1: Mix the yolks well, with 4 tablespoons of sugar, until they turn white and the sugar is melted, then gradually add the cold milk. Put everything on low heat, stirring constantly until the composition hardens a little, and the foam formed is less. If you do not have a bowl with a thick bottom, it is better to boil the cream on a steam bath, so as not to risk lumps or cuts.
Step 2: Mix the butter with the vanilla sugar until it becomes creamy, then add a tablespoon (no more risk of cutting) of the yolk composition. The butter should be at room temperature as well the composition of the yolks.
When the top is completely cooled, cut it into 3 equal parts horizontally, not like a cake, then assemble alternating top and layer of cream, the last being a layer of cream over which we add the previously crushed caramelized nuts.
Put everything in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
How to prepare cake with coffee cream and bananas:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
In a bowl, mix the egg whites and gradually add the sugar.
Put the yolks one by one and incorporate the flour previously mixed with the cocoa.
Place baking paper in a 24 x 32 cm tray.
Pour the composition and bake the top in the preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 35 & # 8211 40 minutes.
When the countertop is ready, section the top, about 1/3. It has nothing if it crumbles because anyway the 1/3 countertop part will be mixed with chocolate.
For coffee cream, mix mascarpone cheese with liquid cream.
Incorporate instant coffee and powdered sugar.
Continue to mix until you get a fine, homogeneous cream.
For simple cream, mix the liquid cream together with the powdered sugar.
Finally, add the whipping cream.
Assembling the cake with coffee cream and bananas:
Place the sectioned worktop (thicker part, 2/3).
Put bananas cut in half and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Spread the coffee cream evenly over the bananas.
The 100 g of chocolate are put on the grater and mixed with 1/3 of the sectioned top that will be crushed.
Sprinkle half of this mixture over the coffee cream.
Spread the cream evenly and distribute the rest of the mixture of crushed countertop and chocolate.
Before serving, put the cake in the fridge for a few hours or even overnight.
I recently found a new recipe for sponge cake with cocoa, which attracted me by the slightly different way of cooking. I tried it for the Easter cake and I was very happy with the result. The sponge comes out compact and soft, with a smooth surface. It does not need to be prepared the day before the cake is assembled to "sit". The top is cut wonderfully thick from the moment it has cooled. There is no need for syrup, the top is soft and has a slightly moist consistency. Try it, you won't regret it.
A 240 ml cup is used to measure the ingredients.
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 cup boiling water
6 large eggs (separate the egg whites from the yolks)
300 g sugar (a cup and a half)
1/2 cup oil
280 g flour (2 dogs)
1 sachet of baking powder (10 g)
a shape 28 cm in diameter or 25 * 30 cm, greased with butter and lined with flour
Pour boiling water over the cocoa and mix well until the lumps disappear. A thicker oil-like liquid should come out.
Beat the egg whites with half the amount of sugar.
Separately rub the yolks with the rest of the sugar, add the oil, the flour with the baking powder and the cocoa composition, slightly cooled.
Carefully incorporate the egg whites in about three halves.
Pour the dough into the prepared form, beat lightly on the table (lightly, not with your fist :)), enough to break the bubbles from the surface, then shape in the oven for about 40 minutes on medium heat or until the toothpick comes out clean .
Cool in the form, then portion or use for cake / cakes.
Eiii. you realize I'll test it soon. :)))
What did you fill it with, whipped cream?
Miha, I dedicate all the chocolate recipes to you! And Lilia! :))
I can't wait for your impressions!
The cream was from the cream cake: ole creams + whipped cream and milk.
How good it must have been! I'll be back with impressions. )
Yes, it was good, but next time I would try a more refined cream, e.g. cream cheese with white chocolate or mascarpone.
Detail cheese and chocolate cream! :)))
Miha, but didn't you have a cream like that? Sure you did. I have nothing to detail to you. Beat the cream cheese (like almette or phily) with powdered sugar and incorporate the melted white chocolate, everything to taste. It comes out very good and works especially with cioco countertops.
When I arrived here in America, I was shocked to find that the cakes did not syrup here. I told myself that Americans are idiots and for a while I made cakes like I did in Romania: syrups. A few good months after I got here, I decided to try this American way of making pandispan without syruping it. There are thousands of & quotpandispan & quot recipes that don't syrup ... so I chose one and as soon as I cut the cake and tasted it I fell in love with this kind of pandispan.
Looking at the ingredients and how to prepare it. I mix flour with cocoa powder without dissolving the cocoa in boiling water. AND I lay whole eggs, without separating the egg white from the yolk. The cakes that are made here in America are very fluffy so they don't need syrup.
kitty, yes, the classic recipe is with cocoa mixed with flour. That's why I mentioned that it's a slightly different way of cooking. )
looks great, so chocolatey!
Oh, and thank you for your dedication: D I hope to get a slice dedicated to me: D
