Spaghetti with white sauce
* 500 g spaghetti
* 100 gbacon
* 100 g of ham
* 50 g butter
* 100 g cheese
* 2 tomatoes
* 2 eggs
* 50 g sour cream
* 300 g mushrooms
1. In a bowl with boiling water and a pinch of salt, boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the envelope, drain, rinse with cold water.
2. In the same bowl, melt the butter, add the spaghetti and simmer for a few minutes.
3. Turn off the heat and add a little finely grated cheese, stirring.
4. Separately, in a large, non-stick pan, add a little oil, then cut the diced bacon into the pan until crispy.
5. Add finely chopped ham and brown with bacon.
6. Take them out in a bowl, and in their place add a tablespoon of butter and sliced mushrooms.
7. Heat a little, then add the peeled tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
8. Boil the sauce over low heat, season with salt, pepper and oregano, after 10 minutes add a sauce consisting of: 2 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon top with flour, sour cream and 50 ml of water.
