Boil the parsnips, carrots and celery.

  • 3 red onions
  • 1 carrot

  • 1 bunch parsley

  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 ml. Broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper

The vegetables are cleaned, chopped and sautéed in a little olive oil.

After the vegetables are well hardened, add the broth and a little water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, put the canned lentils for another 10 minutes, then season with salt, pepper and paprika.


Food with lentils and rice

Ingredient:

- 3/4 cup of lentils
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- a large onion.
- an egg (optional)

- Wash lentils and rice. Boil the lentils and 5 cups of water with 3/4 tablespoon of salt for 10 minutes.
- Add the rice and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Brown the onion in oil in another bowl and add to the initial composition of rice and lentils.
- Mix together and let the flavors combine for another 5 minutes before serving.
- You can mix the end with a scrambled egg for more flavor.

Serve with a tablespoon of plain yogurt.

I have never added baking soda before. I prepare something similar. this time I added smoked sausages.
