- mayonnaise
- tomatoes for decoration
- salt

RECIPE PREPARATION Eggplant salad with mayonnaise:
Bake the eggplants. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
After draining, cut into small pieces and mix with mayonnaise.
I had mayonnaise bought :). Add salt if needed.
