Ce este polenul crud?

Polenul crud este un produs apicol natural, care conține toți nutrienții esențiali pentru sănătatea noastră. Dincolo de aceste aspecte, polenului crud i s-au atribuit toate virtuțile unui superaliment datorită conținutului său bogat în aminoacizi esențiali, vitamine, enzime și săruri minerale.

Cu un rol extrem de important în protecția și reglarea tranzitului intestinal, polenul crud este recomandat să fie administrat ca supliment alimentar, în special dimineața, înainte de micul dejun. Pentru a fi asimilat cât mai bine de organism, polenul crud trebuie ținut sub limbă un timp cât mai îndelungat, până la dizolvarea completă a acestuia.

Mod de păstrare a polenului crud de cireș:

Polenul crud de cireș se păstrează obligatoriu la congelator, la temperaturi cuprinse între -5ºC și -18ºC.

Polenul crud de cireș rezistă până la 5 zile în afara congelatorului, în ambalajul original, și până la 10 zile în frigider, după desigilare, fără să își piardă din proprietăți.

Deși se păstrează la congelator, polenul crud de cireș nu îngheață datorită conținutului său scăzut de apă (aproximativ 8-10%). Acest lucru permite consumul său imediat după ce a fost scos din congelator.

Polenul crud de cireș poate fi pus și scos din congelator de nenumarate ori, păstrându-și integral calitățile.

Polenul crud de cireș ECO este un produs ecologic certificat de Ecocert .

Din constatarile mele, dar si din studiile efectuate în rândul populatiei, consumul de fructe si legume este deficitar în România, mai ales din cauza unei slabe informari în privinta beneficiilor pe care fructele si legumele le-ar aduce sanatatii noastre.

Este important ca oamenii sa înteleaga aceste aspecte si sa fie motivati sa îsi modifice modul de alimentatie ajungând la un consum de cinci portii de fructe, legume sau suc de fructe în fiecare zi.

Legumele, fructele si sucurile naturale ar trebui sa constituie o parte importanta a alimentatiei.

Programul meu zilnic :

– micul dejun ( 8 : 00 ) nu lipseste niciodata

Mic dejun : lapte ( 1.5 grasime )

– ciocolata neagra min.85% cacao

– semintele le foloses crude pentru a beneficia de toate proprietatile lor.

– amestec putin din fiecare si obtin micul dejun perfect si plin de energie.

Masa de pranz : 12 : 30

– peste ( sardine, pastrav , somon )

– pestele ,carnea de pui ,legumele gatite la gratar sau la abur.

Masa de seara : 19 : 00

– paste integrale ( cu ton , legume , pui )

Gustarile dintre mese sant foarte importante.

Intre mese eu mananc – fructe–

Consumul de apa este foarte important , 2 L /zi.

Imi pregatesc limonada din : lamaie , portocala , menta , miere, ceai verde.

Dupa cina imi pregatesc un Fresh Mixt din fructe si legume.

Acum va explic cum imi ingrijesc tenul :

Curatarea tenului : folosesc apa cu bicarbonat de sodiu alimentar ( fierb un litru de apa, o las la racit apoi adaug o lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu , dupa care o pun intr-o sticla la frigider).

Folosesc dimineata si seara.

Tonifierea tenului : folosesc tonic cu lamaie si portocala (fierb 200 ml apa ,o las la racit, dupa care adaug coaja de la o lamaie si o portocala taiate cubulete, peste care sorc putina lamaie si portocala.Solutia o pastrez la frigider intr-o sticla maxim 4 zile).

Folosesc in fiecare seara.

Stopeaza ridurile si reda stralucire tenului si il catifeleaza.

Hidratarea tenului : folosesc diferite masti din fructe si legume

– masca cu avocado si miere ( de 2 ori pe saptamana).Pisez avocado, amestec cu miere si il aplic 15 min pe ten.

– masca cu rosie (o data pe saptamana).Tai o rosie in doua si masez tenul cu ea ,dupa 5 min o indepartez cu apa cu bicarbonat de sodiu.

– masca cu grefuit si portocala (de 2 ori pe saptamana).Storc grefa si portocala si il aplic pe fata , 15 min.

Portocale pentru ten curat

Un fruct atat des intalnit te trage de maneca din fructiera: portocala!

In­cear­­ca o masca pe baza de portoca­le folo­sindpulpa zdrobita a fructului, amestecata cu pulpa de grepfrut.

La acestea adauga 100 gra­me de mie­re si amesteca ceea ce ai obtinut.

Banane contra ridurilor profunde

Pentru a vitaminiza si a hrani tenul, bananele sunt excelente. Tot ele intra in componenta unor masti pentru tenul uscat.

Mix doua banane mai verzi cu o lingura de miere si o jumatate de pahar de iaurt si aplica amestecul pe fata, pentru 20 minutes, apoi spala-l cu apa calduta.

Aceasta masca ajuta si la prevenirea ridurilor.

Piersici pentru catifelare

Masca pe baza de piersici se foloseste pentru catifelarea pielii. You need o piersica de marime medie, bine coapta, pe care sa o pasezi, si de un galbenus de ou.

Amesteca bine ingredientele, aplica pe fata timp de 20 minutes, dupa care indeparteaz-o cu apa calduta.

Zmeura tonifiaza

Pentru tenul gras poti prepara o masca din doua linguri de zmeura si trei – patru strawberries zdrobite, plus o lingura de iaurt – calmeaza iritatiile, tonifiaza tenul si inchide porii mariti.

Capsunile si multe vitamine

Aceste masti improspateaza tenul si aduc un important aport de vitamine.

Striveste cateva strawberries si amesteca-le cu sour cream proaspata.

Aplica pasta pe fata si las-o sa actioneze timp de 20 – 30 minute.

Merele fac adevarate minuni pentru ten

Merele noastre cele de toate zilele sunt si ele o sursa de vitamine pentru tenul tau.

Curata doua mere si amesteca-le cu o lingura de miere. Lasa amestecul sa actioneze 20 minutes, dupa care spala fata.

Aceasta masca de mere cu miere ajuta si pentru infrumusetarea unui ten imbatranit.

Acestia sunt o sursa deosebita de vitamine pentru tenul tau!

Foloseste doua linguri de iaurt pe care le amesteci bine cu must sau cu suc de struguri, pana ce se obtine o pasta moale.

Intinde-o pe piele si las-o sa actioneze 20 minutes, apoi clateste-o cu apa calduta.

Sucul de strugure alb este hidratant si tonic, deci poti sa-l folosesti in comprese pentru tenul uscat si iritat de soare si caldura.

Dupa un dus bun poti folosi sucul catorva caise pentru fata, gat si decolteu. Acest suc, usor acid, calmant si tonifiant, trebuie lasat pe piele pana la uscare.

Dupa aceea, clateste-te cu un jet de apa calduta. Pielea ta va ramane catifelata si parfumata.

Caisele au un gust dulce si un miros foarte aromat, dar, pe langa aceasta, sunt sana­toase si bogate in vitamine si te ajuta sa te pas­trezi in forma si plina de energie pe tot parcursul anului. Ele sunt surse naturale de vitamina A and C.

Lamaie, oriunde

Uite inca un fruct care intra in componenta multor masti cosmetice. Intr-o masca pentru ten mixt amesteci un galbenus de ou with doua lingurite de miere de albine and o lingurita de suc de lamaie.

Aplica masca pe fata si las-o sa actio­neze un sfert de ora, dupa care clateste cu apa calduta.
