As a child, my little girl liked fish, of any kind and prepared in any way. Which is why I prepare it for him whenever I want to offer him a healthy and consistent lunch. This time it was the turn of some somotei to land in the Dry Cooker pan.
- 2 fish of about 800g
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 bell pepper
- juice from a lemon
- 4 lg corn kernels
- 1 lg oil
- 100 ml water
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE OVER VEGETABLES WITH DRY COOKER:
Clean the fish and sprinkle it with lemon juice, leaving it for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the onion, lightly and pepper and cut them into thin slices (julienne).
Season the fish with salt and pepper and place it in the pan you greased with oil. I used the dry cooker because it cooks faster and easier.
Add the vegetables, corn and water, then cover with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve the fish immediately, with the vegetable sauce with / without garnish.
