Clean, wash and then cut the vegetables (cut the carrot into rounds, finely chop the onion, celery and parsnips into cubes). Put the vegetables in a pot, add enough water to exceed it and oil. Let it boil for about 5 minutes, during which time we take care of the potatoes. We clean them, wash them, cut them into larger cubes and then "throw" them in the pot with vegetables where we add the dried parsley, peeled tomatoes and cut into small cubes and season with salt and ground pepper to taste (not much because it comes and cabbage juice with its salt intake) and let it boil. If necessary, we can add more water.

Boil the cabbage juice separately for about 10 minutes.

When everything is cooked, add the tomato juice and cabbage juice. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. While the soup is boiling, take 2-3 tablespoons of juice out of the pot and let it cool. In a bowl, beat the eggs well and then mix them with the cream, then pour this mixture over the cooled juice. Mix well and pour the mixture into the pot with the soup. Remove the pot of soup from the heat and season with larch.

Serve hot with hot peppers or red onions. Cream can also be added according to preferences.

If you want to take a break from meat soups (belly soup, meatball soup or beef soup ), from time to time it is welcome and a vegetable soup, with a lot of vegetables, contains a lot of nutrients and is delicious.

Smoked vegetable soup is a recipe that we always eat in Transylvania. How tasty the Transylvanian soup with vegetables and smoked meat was, I won't even tell you! I replaced the bacon, used in this soup recipe, with bacon, otherwise I made it about the same as the soup of my childhood.

If you want a dietary vegetable soup, you can give up bacon, and sour cream can be replaced with the same amount of yogurt. In this way, you will get a sour soup, without cream and smoked meat.


Grilled fish soup with cream and egg

If you like sweet, dense and well-drained soups at the end, you should definitely try this one too fish soup with cream and egg.

  • -1 kg of potatoes
  • -1 large onion
  • -1 - 2 carrots
  • -1 bell peppers
  • -root (celery, parsnip, parsley)
  • -300 g smoked
  • -300 - 400 g of sour cream
  • -2-3 tablespoons oil
  • - 2 cloves of garlic
  • -2 teaspoons of salt
  • -2-3 tablespoons of vinegar
  • -piper or hot pepper
  • -dill, parsley, larch or tarragon

Potato soup

Easy and quick to prepare potato soup is not among my husband's favorites :) but I really like it.

The recipe below I have from my mother is the meatless version.

  • Ingredient:
  • 5-6 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 parsley root
  • 1/2 celery
  • 2 onions
  • 200ml milk or cream
  • 1 or
  • 250ml broth
  • leustean, patrunjel, tarhon
  • oil, salt

The vegetables (carrots, parsley, celery, onion) are cleaned and cut into small cubes, then fry in a little oil. After they have softened, add the larger diced potatoes.

Cook for a few more minutes and add 3 liters of cold water.

Bring to a boil over low heat.

After they have boiled, add the broth, leave for another 10 minutes and then straighten with the egg yolk mixed with milk or cream.

Finely chop the greens and add to the soup.

Beat the egg whites a little and add to the soup.

Straight vegetable soup with egg and sour cream

A recipe for roasted vegetable soup with egg and sour cream from: onion, carrot, celery and bleach, bell pepper, zucchini, leek, white cabbage, potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, borscht or cabbage juice, egg, sour cream, salt si leustean.

Ingredient: />

  • onion 60 g
  • carrot 60 g
  • celery and bleach 150 g
  • bell pepper 100 g
  • zucchini l00 g
  • leek 100 g
  • white cabbage 200 g
  • potatoes 200 g
  • canned green beans 200 g
  • fresh tomatoes or in broth 100 g
  • borscht or cabbage juice 400 ml
  • an egg
  • cream 100 g
  • salt
  • lovage

Method of preparation:

Cut the onion into small pieces, and cut the carrot, celery and bleach larger. Boil in soup or water with a teaspoon of knorr.

Boil for 10-12 minutes, then add the finely chopped bell pepper, the peeled and diced zucchini, the diced leeks and cabbage, the diced potatoes and the chopped green beans.

After all the ingredients have boiled, add the peeled and diced tomatoes and the borscht or cabbage juice boiled separately. Add sour cream and beaten egg, mix and simmer for a few more minutes.

Match the taste with salt, and add finely chopped larch before serving.

Diana, a big pot of soup comes out, and the vegetables are perfectly sweet, I gradually add salt and it came out ok. but you can quietly put salt to taste.

I never fry the vegetables in the soup or in the other dishes, it's more juicy like that. Chop the vegetables, add water and a pinch of salt, simmer for 30 minutes and the soup is ready, and it comes out tasty and healthy.

yes it's excellent so i do it only i add cauliflower instead of cabbage boil all the vegetables whole or cut into two or 4 and put before and some smoked ribs this is optional according to the taste of each half vegetables I pass them because my juniors it makes them bloom on the edge of the plate and that's how I know they have nowhere to eat the vegetables

It is the best vegetable soup I have ever eaten in my life. Ever since I cooked your recipe, it's the only one I cook when I want some liquid in the fridge. It's superfluous but I say it's probably a. 50th time I do it .. Right now I was preparing and I retrieved the recipe because I couldn't find it on the phone and I said to leave a comment.

P.S .: I tried without sour cream (fasting) but with sour cream it's perfect!

I don't know what cream you use but I, any cream I would use, if I boil it for 5 minutes (yes, even brought to the temperature of the pot using half of the liquid in the pot) I never managed to do it without cheese. I am of the opinion that any cream should be added a few minutes after the boiling has stopped.

I live in the UK and here I have never seen larch sold in stores. I was wondering if it is absolutely necessary in this recipe or maybe replaced with something else?

It turned out great. But I changed the recipe a little. I boiled the vegetables (I didn't put peas and cabbage) and two lamb hearts, all over low heat. At the end I added the canned tomatoes and after 15 minutes I seasoned it with sour cream and I put the super tasty parsley. I used the meat for the 2nd kind. Super satisfied with the taste and appearance, especially since my cooking and I have become enemies in recent years.

I boil the cream together with the vegetables and then I add hot water. It is never cheesy. I live in the UK and buy 18% fat cream from Polish stores.

Leustean is harder to find but there are seeds and even plants at garden centers.
