Clean, wash and then cut the vegetables (cut the carrot into rounds, finely chop the onion, celery and parsnips into cubes). Put the vegetables in a pot, add enough water to exceed it and oil. Let it boil for about 5 minutes, during which time we take care of the potatoes. We clean them, wash them, cut them into larger cubes and then "throw" them in the pot with vegetables where we add the dried parsley, peeled tomatoes and cut into small cubes and season with salt and ground pepper to taste (not much because it comes and cabbage juice with its salt intake) and let it boil. If necessary, we can add more water.

Boil the cabbage juice separately for about 10 minutes.

When everything is cooked, add the tomato juice and cabbage juice. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. While the soup is boiling, take 2-3 tablespoons of juice out of the pot and let it cool. In a bowl, beat the eggs well and then mix them with the cream, then pour this mixture over the cooled juice. Mix well and pour the mixture into the pot with the soup. Remove the pot of soup from the heat and season with larch.

Serve hot with hot peppers or red onions. Cream can also be added according to preferences.

Transylvanian potato soup with sour cream and smoked meat

Transylvanian potato soup with sour cream and smoked meat I do it especially in winter or spring, when it's cold outside. E o soup Fantastically tasty, dense, with tarragon or larch and plenty of sour cream. If you are afraid of calories or you are obsessed with healthy food, please do not read the recipe, just smell the picture. It's brilliantly good! & # 128578

We made a few portions now because we had a craving and if we were still smoking, we also sacrificed some bacon own production and some pieces of smoked mouse. The girl is capricious, she doesn't eat fat, she doesn't eat mice, there were some chopped pieces left on a plate, so I threw them in the pot.

Don't think he ate my pride, he squinted. But my husband and I weren't upset, we ate everything with great pleasure & # 128578

Vegetable soup

The right vegetable soup with egg and sour cream is one of my favorites! It's so simple that it deserves a place of honor at lunch. If you want to take a break from meat soups (belly soup, meatball soup or beef soup ), from time to time it is welcome and a vegetable soup, with a lot of vegetables, contains a lot of nutrients and is delicious.

Smoked vegetable soup is a recipe that we always eat in Transylvania. How tasty the Transylvanian soup with vegetables and smoked meat was, I won't even tell you! I replaced the bacon, used in this soup recipe, with bacon, otherwise I made it about the same as the soup of my childhood.

If you want a dietary vegetable soup, you can give up bacon, and sour cream can be replaced with the same amount of yogurt. In this way, you will get a sour soup, without cream and smoked meat.

Grilled fish soup with cream and egg

If you like sweet, dense and well-drained soups at the end, you should definitely try this one too fish soup with cream and egg.

It is very tasty, filling and at the same time light.

The recipe is of Ukrainian origin, practiced in some regions of the Danube Delta, especially in St. George.

There it is called "Stoceag" and is usually prepared with sturgeon or cod.

But in the area you are in, you can use any type of firm, white fish.

Potato soup

Easy and quick to prepare potato soup is not among my husband's favorites :) but I really like it.

The recipe below I have from my mother is the meatless version.

  • Ingredient:
  • 5-6 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 parsley root
  • 1/2 celery
  • 2 onions
  • 200ml milk or cream
  • 1 or
  • 250ml broth
  • leustean, patrunjel, tarhon
  • oil, salt

The vegetables (carrots, parsley, celery, onion) are cleaned and cut into small cubes, then fry in a little oil. After they have softened, add the larger diced potatoes.

Cook for a few more minutes and add 3 liters of cold water.

Bring to a boil over low heat.

After they have boiled, add the broth, leave for another 10 minutes and then straighten with the egg yolk mixed with milk or cream.

Finely chop the greens and add to the soup.

Beat the egg whites a little and add to the soup.

Ioana 7 years ago - April 23, 2013 08:47

Re: Vegetable soup

Everything is perfect in this recipe, but I don't understand why so much salt? 5 teaspoons plus is added at the end? Saline.

Ioana 6 years ago - July 15, 2013 10:37

Re: Vegetable soup

Diana, a big pot of soup comes out, and the vegetables are perfectly sweet, I gradually add salt and it came out ok. but you can quietly put salt to taste.

Can I lay a single egg and a smaller amount of sour cream?

Ioana 6 years ago - July 30, 2013 19:34

Re: Vegetable soup

if you want to reduce calories, you can omit eggs and sour cream and just sour it and add larch. it's very good anyway.

Re: Vegetable soup

I never fry the vegetables in the soup or in the other dishes, it's more juicy like that. Chop the vegetables, add water and a pinch of salt, simmer for 30 minutes and the soup is ready, and it comes out tasty and healthy.

Re: Vegetable soup

It must be very good, but I thought the recipe was fasting!

Ioana 6 years ago - 26 November 2013 17:55

Re: Vegetable soup

it is fasting if you omit step 8, as specified in the recipe. it comes out good in that version as well.

Re: Vegetable soup

It is the best vegetable soup I have ever eaten in my life. Ever since I cooked your recipe, it's the only one I cook when I want some liquid in the fridge. It's superfluous but I say it's probably a. 50th time I do it .. Right now I was preparing and I retrieved the recipe because I couldn't find it on the phone and I said to leave a comment.

P.S .: I tried without sour cream (fasting) but with sour cream it's perfect!

Thanks again for the share and inspiration!

Re: Vegetable soup

I don't know what cream you use but I, any cream I would use, if I boil it for 5 minutes (yes, even brought to the temperature of the pot using half of the liquid in the pot) I never managed to do it without cheese. I am of the opinion that any cream should be added a few minutes after the boiling has stopped.

Ioana 4 years ago - 17 August 2015 10:06

Re: Vegetable soup

Radishes, greasy cream (approx. 25%) and after adding it does not boil effectively, ie do not let the soup boil at all. on low heat, let it stay hot for 5 minutes, otherwise it will spoil very quickly, especially in summer. during this time you can mix it often to reduce the risk of cutting and do not lose sight of it.

Re: Vegetable soup

Hi, Ioana. Today I "found" you and I am very happy. You have a lot of tasty recipes, as I notice. I just have a question about your recipe. I live in the UK and here I have never seen larch sold in stores. I was wondering if it is absolutely necessary in this recipe or maybe replaced with something else?
Thank you very much!

Ioana 3 years ago - January 26, 2017 09:34

Re: Vegetable soup

Anca goes with another greenery: only parsley, a little tarragon or dill.

val 3 years ago - 8 February 2017 15:59

Re: Vegetable soup

It turned out great. But I changed the recipe a little. I boiled the vegetables (I didn't put peas and cabbage) and two lamb hearts, all over low heat. At the end I added the canned tomatoes and after 15 minutes I seasoned it with sour cream and I put the super tasty parsley. I used the meat for the 2nd kind. Super satisfied with the taste and appearance, especially since my cooking and I have become enemies in recent years.

val 3 years ago - 8 February 2017 16:04

Re: Vegetable soup

I also found a solution when I go to Romania, I take my larch, I rub the parsley with salt and leave them to dry, then I put them in pots to bring them to the UK.

Iulia 3 years ago - 16 February 2017 20:18

Re: Vegetable soup

I boil the cream together with the vegetables and then I add hot water. It is never cheesy. I live in the UK and buy 18% fat cream from Polish stores.
Big like for Ioana's recipe!

Re: Vegetable soup

Served to all, today I am preparing to make this soup I addressed more to those who live in the UK like me and I hope Ioana is not upset that I use this page for some useful information I hope: Turkish TFC stores sell huge parsley links and dill, always fresh. Leustean is harder to find but there are seeds and even plants at garden centers. And a tip for those who live in London: in Regent's Park there is a vegetable garden called Allotment where at the entrance, on the right side is a huge bush of larch. If you get there and find a volunteer in the garden, ask him to let you take some leaves. They are very friendly and no one in the UK knows what that is by law anyway. In English it is called Lovage for those looking to buy. Good day everyone and thousands of apologies Ioana for the abuse of using your page
