Marinated Pork Ribs, Carrots and Baked Potatoes

Place the meat on an aluminum foil. Mix the ground spices in a bowl then place 3/4 on the fleshy side of the ribs. Put the tray in the oven for 30 minutes, then take the foil off the meat and leave for another 15 minutes.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Remove the pan and grease the meat with sauce on top. Put the tray back in the oven but move to the grill. Leave for 1-2 minutes or as crispy as you want. Turn off the grill and leave the tray with ribs and potatoes in the oven with the door cracked for at least 5 minutes. Meanwhile, fry carrots in butter in a pan and season.

Remove the ribs, portion and serve with carrots and potatoes.
