Garlic sauce for grilled steaks
- 1capatana garlic
- 300 g sour cream
- 200 g fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon oil
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Garlic sauce:
This is how I prepare garlic for grilling.
Grind the garlic well, or grate it with a small grater (I do this).
Rub with 1 tablespoon of oil and salt until it starts to bind like mayonnaise.
Add sour cream, yogurt and pepper powder.
