Chicken breast with spinach ingredients for 2-4 servings:

  • 2 halves chicken breast / turkey
  • 200g frozen spinach (400g fresh spinach)

The summer season is distinguished by an amalgam of scents and a special energy. Everything is color around, the smell of flowers changes from day to day, the sun bathes you under its rays, the whole atmosphere is full of frenzy. In such a landscape, we seek and cling to every moment of happiness, to every occasion that can become a positive memory. And for all these moments to be as tasty as possible, we combine a sufficient culinary delight and a liqueur suitable for a state of bliss. We turn our attention to the latter in the continuation of the article, more precisely to three organic wines from the Vifrana range, which you can taste on hot summer days. Here are our suggestions:

  • Patrician Sauvignon Blanc it is a wine that reminds, from a coloristic point of view, of the dry wheat field in the morning sun.
