Ingredients for 4 servings of fasting Easter with white sauce

  • a small white onion
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Primadonna extra virgin olive oil

  • 500ml vegetable soup

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

We cut the onion very finely. We pass the garlic through the press or cut it very finely.

Mix well to homogenize, put the bowl back on low heat and fry the flour for a maximum of one minute, taking care not to color. Pour the milk little by little, stirring constantly so as not to form lumps.

Boil until the sauce thickens, after boiling, about 5-6 minutes. At the end, salt and season to taste.

The sauce is ready and can be used.
