In a bowl put water, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and mix until the sugar melts. Add baking powder, a pinch of salt and flour. Knead a non-stick dough.

For the filling, mix the urda with the sugar, the egg, the raisins.

Divide the dough in half, spread 2 sheets.

Put the first sheet in the pan greased with oil and lined with baking paper (or flour), put the filling and the second sheet.

Grease the pie with egg and bake on medium heat for about 40 minutes in the preheated oven.

Cold powdered with sugar.
