Wash the potatoes and put them to boil in a pan.

Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in a saucepan.

Boil two eggs.

Cut the pickles into very small pieces and drain in a sieve.

After boiling, cut the carrots as small, and peel the potatoes and grate them.

For mayonnaise, put the two boiled egg yolks and 3 raw yolks in a bowl, along with a pinch of salt. Mix and gradually add the oil until they increase considerably in volume.

In a large bowl put all the vegetables and 2/3 of the mayonnaise and mix. The other third of the mayonnaise is used to put on top of the salad, after it has been placed in the desired bowl.
