Put the berry mixture in a bowl and let it thaw. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and, after they have frothed and homogenized, add the sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla essence. The formed composition is placed and leveled carefully in a tray in which we have previously arranged the baking paper and put it in the preheated oven at 180 o C for about 10 minutes.

Leave the baking tray to cool for a few minutes. In another bowl add the liquid cream, which we harden with the mixer, and then add the cream cheese and powdered sugar. When the composition is homogeneous, spread it with a spatula over the entire surface of the countertop. Using a spoon, add the fruit over the cream and, finally, roll the top carefully.
