RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken stew with red beans:

At high heat I let the wine drop and then I poured hot water.

  • Let the meat boil well - do not abuse the water but add gradually until the meat comes off the bone and is well cooked. We add canned red beans - if you want you can take dried beans and you can boil it beforehand - I preferred the canned beans. Let it boil together for about 20 minutes - taste salt and spices.

  • Serve with white rice.

Preparation:
