Turkey steak

We slice the turkey meat and season it with salt, pepper, basil, thyme, marjoram. Let the spiced meat cool for a few hours. Then we place it in a tray, preferably ceramic. We put about a cup on top of the pepper, kapia pepper, tomatoes, onion, garlic and half a cup of red wine. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove the foil then add more wine and a little oil. Leave in the oven until browned. Baking time 50-60 minutes.

Pear garnish in semi-dry red wine

We clean the pears, cut them in half, remove the seeds and boil them in two cups of wine for 25-30 minutes on low heat. Add a tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
