I cleaned and washed the mushrooms well and placed them in a tray like Tefal (non-stick).
I stopped two larger mushrooms and chopped them into cubes.
I did the same with the bell pepper.
I cleaned the onion and the garlic and cut them into small pieces, and I finely chopped the dill, parsley and basil.
In a frying pan, fry the chopped mushrooms, peppers, onions and garlic in a pan with oil. I seasoned with salt and pepper and mixed.
I filled each mushroom with a spoonful of filling and put the tray in the hot oven for 15 minutes.
At the end, I took out the mushrooms on a plate and sprinkled finely chopped greens over them.
