Put the tray in the oven for 55-60 minutes on low heat. Serve cold.

At the end, pour in the flour the flour already mixed with the baking powder and incorporate it easily. The end result should be a creamy dough with no lumps.

In this composition, place the grated telemeau on a finer grater, the ham cut into small cubes, the bell pepper and the sliced ​​olives. Mix everything again with a wooden spoon until the dough covers the filling.

Prepare a cake pan lined with baking paper, pour the composition into it and place in the preheated oven at 175 degrees. After half an hour, the toothpick test is done and, if the cake is baked, remove the tray from the oven. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and set aside for 15 minutes, then remove from the pan and enjoy.

Tips for a perfect appetizer cake:
