Margarine at room temperature, rub the foam with the sugar, add eggs one at a time, flour, milk in which the ammonium dissolves, vanilla essence, then the cereals, mixing well the whole composition. Cover the bowl with foil and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes to soften the cereal.

Put baking paper in the pan of the stove and with a lg. Take it from the composition and form piles at a distance from each other and let it bake for 15-20 minutes on low heat. (When they are ready, brown them a little on the edges. .but not hard to burn ... for those with cocoa it is harder to notice)

After using half of the composition, I put 1 tablespoon of cocoa, rum essence and a chopped chocolate and made the rest of the cocoa biscuits.

When they are ready, take them with a spatula and put them on the grill to cool.

1. MONEY WITH RASPBERRY JAM - a recipe inherited from Buni, probably the simplest homemade biscuits and yet so flavorful and loved by everyone!

2. COOKIES WITH CONDENSED MILK AND CHOCOLATE the cooking time is somewhere at 10 minutes maximum and baking is fast, so in 30 minutes since you started the recipe, you already have them on the table. 3. BISCUITS FOR CHILDREN - very colorful and full of candies, they can't help but be loved by the little ones and the big ones alike!

4. NUTS WITH WALNUT - from the quantities in the recipe, enough croissants come out for the whole family, but don't worry, it can be kept for up to 3 weeks in hermetically sealed jars or casseroles! Walnut croissants are tender because they have a butter-based dough, they are easy to make because the nut is put in the dough, the dough is easy to shape and it is a great activity to do with the dwarfs.

5. COOKIES WITH PUMPKIN AND CHOCOLATE these are some of the most flavorful cookies I have ever made! Then he has to stretch with the twister - one of Luca's favorite activities and then cut the biscuits into shapes. Then comes the nice part, in which they play with powdered sugar and sift it over the biscuit and then stick the biscuits with jam… what don't they like? Dough with ground walnuts / hazelnuts and raspberry jam or any other sour jam… what should we not like, moms?

8. VENETIAN BISCUITS & # 8211 S-shaped or circle-shaped Venetian biscuits, specific to Venice in general and Burano Island in particular. Burano Island, famous for its fishermen's houses, each of a different color, for the production of Burano lace but also for Bussolai, biscuits with butter and lemon peel, so crispy and delicious! From the quantities below, about 60 pieces of biscuits come out, which are kept for up to a month in hermetically sealed jars! In addition, you can make the dough in time - it lasts up to a week in the fridge and 3-4 weeks in the freezer!

9. FURSECURI NON PLUS ULTRA - tender biscuits with butter, stick two by two with sour jam and garnish each with a word of meringue. Non plus Ultra cookies are a real explosion of flavors and textures and you must try them!

Ingredients for the recipe for cereal bars

  • 150 gr. raisins
  • 350 gr. muesli without added sugar
  • 150 gr. sesame
  • 150 gr. gluten-free sunflower core (goes well with salt or plain)
  • 150 gr. dried cranberries
  • 300 gr. seedless dried apricots
  • 200 ml polyfloral honey (or bee, forest)
  • 75 gr. Almond kernels

How do we prepare the recipe for Cereal Bars with Dried Fruits, Honey and Seeds?

Place in a tray lined with baking paper: sunflower seeds, muesli, sesame and bake for 10 minutes over medium heat to brown lightly.

Finely chop the almonds or mix them in a food processor.

Apricots, cranberries and raisins are hydrated for 20 minutes in warm water and then drained.

Apricots and cranberries, hydrated raisins drain and mix in the robot, adding honey until the composition becomes a thick paste.

In a bowl pour the dry composition of seeds (sunflower, sesame, muesli), chopped almonds, and the paste obtained. Mix very well. The composition will be sticky and bound.

The composition obtained from the bowl will be poured into the tray, pressing very well so that there are no gaps and that it can be cut.

My tips are:

If you do not have apricots, they can be replaced with figs, plums, dates. If you have one of these ingredients you can add 2-3 tablespoons of jam, or apricot jam, plums, or 2 bananas.

Ingredients Quick pie with apples and cereals

  • 150 grams of oatmeal
  • 170 grams of brown sugar
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 180 grams of butter
  • 1 knife tip of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 large apples (or 3 smaller ones) of a sour variety (I used granny smith)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 30 gr. corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 130 ml. of freshly squeezed apple / orange juice
  • optional: some nuts, 1-2 tablespoons of cornflakes, raisins, etc.

Preparation Quick pie with apples and cereals

Crust preparation

1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, brown sugar and oatmeal. If you use 1-2 tablespoons of walnuts or other optional additives, now is the time to add them as well. I also added some cornflakes to make the mixture more crunchy.

2. Mix all the dry ingredients well, then grate 150 grams of cold butter over them, through the grater with large holes.

3. Incorporate the butter in the dry ingredients with a fork or with a pastry knife, until the mixture acquires a sandy appearance. Yes, it looks dry, but it should be so, don't be tempted to add extra butter or liquids. You need to get a crumble composition (see also the apple crumble recipe).

4. A little more than half of the dry mixture (say 60%) is poured into a small tray. I used my 25/20 cm silicone form. Press well into a compact layer.

5. Peel the apples and peel the seeds, cut them into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the apple slices in an even layer on top of the base layer, then sprinkle with cinnamon.

6. Mix the sugar (100 grams, I say it works even less) in a saucepan with the starch. Gradually add the cold juice. Homogenize very well so that it does not remain lumpy and put the pan on the fire, stirring constantly until it boils and thickens. Add to this composition the vanilla extract and the remaining butter (30 grams), then pour over the apples arranged above the top of the quick apple pie.

7. Spread the rest of the flour and cereal mixture over the apple layer and press lightly (as much as possible, so as not to disturb the filling layer). And ready, the quick apple pie is ready to bake!

8. The tray with the quick-assembled apple pie is placed in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, for 45 & # 8211 50 minutes, until a lightly browned crust is on top.

9. Allow to cool in the pan completely, then cut into squares / rectangles as desired. I left it for about 2 hours, then cut it. The first impression was not brilliant. Although it tasted good with apple pie, I found the cereal top too crumbly. The next day, however, it became perfect, so I posed for her this morning with the decision that she deserves to show it to you. My advice, therefore, is to let this cereal bar with apples or quick apple pie (I didn't decide what to call it: P) to rest overnight, before serving. After this break, it will be nicely portioned and will taste very good.

Biscuits for breakfast

You know that & # 8220eat breakfast alone, share lunch with friends, and give dinner to the poor & # 8221? Although I must admit that I often skip breakfast, mainly due to lack of time, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And precisely because it is the most important meal, it must also be the richest in nutrients, such as carbohydrates, which are the main source of energy.

This is how the belVita Start biscuits came into our lives, which we received in Teo & # 8217s Kitchen with open arms! Because I'm a mom too and I know how chaotic the mornings can be when you have to take care of the baby, the rest of the housework and get to work, I understand why so many moms end up skipping breakfast and giving more pay close attention to dinner, which I take late in the evening, after the child's bedtime. And the consequences can be seen not only in terms of figure, but also health.

BelVita Start biscuits have been specially designed as breakfast biscuits, made from whole grains and rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. I personally love them because they are handy, they offer me a healthy breakfast without any hassle and due to the way they are packaged - 50g packs, containing 4 biscuits each - I can take them with me anywhere, especially if I can't to eat at home in the morning. Newer we always have 2-3 packages on board the car, because they are perfect snacks on the long road.

Why are belVita Start biscuits for breakfast? Because they are rich in carbohydrates and they are essential for energy, especially in the morning or before and after exercise. But beware, carbohydrates can be good, such as those contained in whole grains, fruits and vegetables or heaven, such as those contained in carbonated juices, white bread or popcorn. The carbohydrates contained in belVita Start biscuits are good carbohydrates, which are released gradually for 4 hours after eating the biscuits. This means that we are provided with energy for the whole morning!

Honestly, I was amazed that Luca likes belVita Start biscuits so much and prefers them instead of cream biscuits, which all children normally love. His favorites are belVita Start with cereals and chocolate, and I usually choose the ones with cereals and fruits. For Luca, but also for us, a breakfast containing belVita Start biscuits, a cup of milk or yogurt, a fruit or a fruit shake means a balanced and healthy breakfast, which certainly keeps us hungry until noon.

There are 4 belVita Start assortments on the market from which you can choose and we now find them in large packages, of 300g, perfect for the family:

COOKIES with CEREALS, SEEDS and FRUITS - fasting recipe

Cereal biscuits - recipe

Although the list of ingredients is a bit long, it can be adjusted according to the ingredients you have in the house. It is not necessary to use all the types of seeds or dried fruits indicated here.

Adapt the recipe to taste or possibilities.

• 100 g of crushed cereals (wheat, rye, corn, rice)
• 70 ml of olive oil
• 90 g of honey
• 50 g of dates
• 1 apple
• salt and cinnamon to taste
• 50 g of ground oatmeal
• 50 g of ground flax seeds
• 50 g of sunflower seeds
• 25 g of sesame seeds
• 50 g of finely chopped walnuts
• 75 g of raisins
• 60 g of chopped prunes
• 50 g of coconut
• 15 g of cocoa
• 300 ml of water

Mix the first 6 ingredients in a saucepan until smooth. Add water to them and put the pot on the fire. Let the cereal simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent the contents from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

After the cereals have boiled and softened completely, remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool. Then add the remaining ingredients: seeds, nuts and dried fruit, coconut and cocoa powder.

From the obtained composition, shape biscuits or cookies of the desired shape and size, and put them in the dehydrator for 14 hours, at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius.

If you do not have a dehydrator in the house, you can bake the biscuits in the oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius, about 20-30 minutes, or until they dry and brown a little.
