RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken with rice and vegetables:
Wash the chicken breast and boil it in a little water with salt, curry and pepper. You can also add some vegetables to the water. Finely chop the onion and pepper and grate the carrot. Cook the onion in a little hot oil and then add the pepper and carrot. At the end, heat the rice a little and quench with 3 measures of soup in which we boiled the chicken. Season with pepper, curry and vegeta. Let it boil and serve the rice with chicken.
