Method of preparation:

  1. Using a blender, grind the onion.
  2. In a bowl, pass the meat through the mincer. Add the onion and mix well.
  3. Add the grated carrot, greens, onions and mix well. At the end, add the greens.
  4. We put the pumpkins through the large grater.
  5. Add the crushed garlic, eggs, salt, black pepper and mix very well.
  6. Add the zucchini to the meat composition.
  7. For the sauce, dilute the tomato paste with a little water. Add salt, pepper, spices and mix well.
  8. Pour the sauce into a deep pan.
  9. Form the meatballs and place them in the pan.
  10. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  11. At the end, decorate with greenery.

300 grams of chicken breast
1 or
two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

Chicken breast meatballs and crab bars are my favorites. Ever since I first tasted them, I realized that I would prepare them very often. Thus, I ended up making these meatballs every week. I recommend you try them too. You can find the recipe in the rows below.

Necessary ingredients:

  • 500 gr chicken breast, 100 gr crab sticks
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal, 1 egg
  • 1 onion, greenery (dill, parsley)
  • 4-5 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • Salt, ground black pepper, spices (to taste)

Method of preparation:

Using a meat grinder or a blender, chop the chopped chicken breast and onion. We cut the crab sticks into small pieces to give them with a coarse grater.

Finely chop the greens (dill, parsley) with a knife. Mix the chopped chicken breast with the onion, crab sticks and greens. Add salt, ground black pepper and other spices to taste.

Add oatmeal and an egg to the minced meat mixture. Mix well and leave the bowl aside for 30 minutes. If the minced meat is very dense and thick, we must add a little cold water or sour cream. Thus, the meatballs will be softer.After half an hour, we wet our hands and start to form the meatballs. Put the sunflower oil, heat it, in a pan. When it is hot, add the meatballs. Fry them well on both sides for a few minutes. Then take them out of the pan and let them cool a bit.

Serve the chicken breast meatballs with your loved ones. Good appetite and increase cooking!
