We clean and wash the vegetables.

Chop the onion, fry it for 2-3 minutes in oil.

Cut the peppers into pieces, put them over the onion and cook them together for another 2-3 minutes.

Cut the carrot into rounds, add it over the vegetables in the pot. Bake another 2-3 minutes.

Cut the ham slices into pieces, add them to the pot over the sauteed vegetables.

Put about 3 liters of water over the vegetables, add peppercorns, salt and ground pepper to taste. Let it boil for a while, then add the diced potatoes. Boil for 15 minutes.

Add the diced zucchini, cook on the right heat until all the vegetables are soft.

Add tomato paste diluted in borscht, then granulated garlic to taste and finally sprinkle with chopped greens.

Turn off the heat, leave the covered pot for a few minutes to blend the flavors, then serve.

Diana, a big pot of soup comes out, and the vegetables are perfectly sweet, I gradually add salt and it came out ok. but you can quietly put salt to taste.

if you want to reduce calories, you can omit eggs and sour cream and just sour it and add larch. it's very good anyway.

I never fry the vegetables in the soup or in the other dishes, it's more juicy like that. Chop the vegetables, add water and a pinch of salt, simmer for 30 minutes and the soup is ready, and it comes out tasty and healthy.

yes it's excellent so i do it only i add cauliflower instead of cabbage boil all the vegetables whole or cut into two or 4 and put before and some smoked ribs this is optional according to the taste of each half vegetables I pass them because my juniors it makes them bloom on the edge of the plate and that's how I know they have nowhere to eat the vegetables

It is the best vegetable soup I have ever eaten in my life. Ever since I cooked your recipe, it's the only one I cook when I want some liquid in the fridge. It's superfluous but I say it's probably a. 50th time I do it .. Right now I was preparing and I retrieved the recipe because I couldn't find it on the phone and I said to leave a comment.

P.S .: I tried without sour cream (fasting) but with sour cream it's perfect!

I don't know what cream you use but I, any cream I would use, if I boil it for 5 minutes (yes, even brought to the temperature of the pot using half of the liquid in the pot) I never managed to do it without cheese. I am of the opinion that any cream should be added a few minutes after the boiling has stopped.

Radishes, greasy cream (approx. 25%) and after adding it does not boil effectively, ie do not let the soup boil at all. on low heat, let it stay hot for 5 minutes, otherwise it will spoil very quickly, especially in summer. during this time you can mix it often to reduce the risk of cutting and do not lose sight of it.

Hi, Ioana. Today I "found" you and I am very happy. You have a lot of tasty recipes, as I notice. I just have a question about your recipe. I live in the UK and here I have never seen larch sold in stores. I was wondering if it is absolutely necessary in this recipe or maybe replaced with something else?

It turned out great. But I changed the recipe a little. I boiled the vegetables (I didn't put peas and cabbage) and two lamb hearts, all over low heat. At the end I added the canned tomatoes and after 15 minutes I seasoned it with sour cream and I put the super tasty parsley. I used the meat for the 2nd kind. Super satisfied with the taste and appearance, especially since my cooking and I have become enemies in recent years.

I also found a solution when I go to Romania, I take my larch, I rub the parsley with salt and leave them to dry, then I put them in pots to bring them to the UK.

I boil the cream together with the vegetables and then I add hot water. It is never cheesy. I live in the UK and buy 18% fat cream from Polish stores.

Leustean is harder to find but there are seeds and even plants at garden centers. And a tip for those who live in London: in Regent's Park there is a vegetable garden called Allotment where at the entrance, on the right side is a huge bush of larch. If you get there and find a volunteer in the garden, ask him to let you take some leaves. They are very friendly and no one in the UK knows what that is by law anyway. yes, if you do not have some of the vegetables given in the recipe but which are found in the mixture (peppers, larch, tomatoes.)

How to prepare vegetable soup with smoked ham

In a 5 l pot, heat the oil and heat the chopped smoked ham with sticks. When it has taken on a little color, add the onion, carrot, celery and pepper, cleaned and chopped.

Add a little salt and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.

Then add the diced potatoes and zucchini, about 2-2.5 liters of water, salt and cook covered until the vegetables begin to soften.

*If you sour the soup with borscht, add water just enough to cover the vegetables with two fingers.

Add the diced tomatoes with the canned juice and lemon juice (or borscht) to taste.

After a few boils, taste, more suitable for salt or sour and at the end, add the chopped larch.

Eat hot soup with sour cream, hot peppers or plain, according to your taste. Good appetite!

Many times, I prefer one vegetable soup instead soups or al meat-based soups, when it comes to preparing a more satisfying main course. Even more meaty, of course :). Vegetable soup It is light, fragrant and very tasty and everyone in the house likes it, which is very important!

ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 strands of parsley root
  • 1 small celery (the size of an egg)
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 large white gully (250 grams)
  • 300 grams of cauliflower, cleaned, broken into small bunches
  • 250 grams of green beans
  • 2 medium potatoes, cleaned and cut into cubes
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes, scalded, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Optional (if you are not fasting):

  • 300 grams of sour cream with 30% fat content
  • 3 yolks
  • greens: parsley, larch, celery leaves, fresh dill
  • salt pepper
  • hot water
  • to taste, lemon juice or vinegar, when serving

For starters, I want to mention that the way I matched the vegetables corresponds to my preferences, but also to the stock in the pantry and refrigerator. What is mandatory for this soup is onions, peppers and roots, as well as scalded tomatoes that are added at the end. The vegetables are matched according to everyone's preferences, one of the ones listed by me may be missing and others may be added, such as: green peas, chopped cabbage, even zucchini, etc. I proceeded as follows: in order for the soup to have a beautiful face, with colored fat stars, I put chopped onion, pepper, carrots, parsley and celery in the oil, all clean and cut into cubes:

In the meantime, I cleaned the gulia, removing as much of the wood as possible, and cut it into cubes:

As soon as the roots and onions started to develop their aroma and leave liquid, I extinguished everything with 2 liters of hot water (in case the liquid drops too much, it is filled with hot water during the preparation), I added 1 teaspoon of salt and gulia & # 8211 given that it boils harder:

Until it started to boil, I cleaned and portioned the cauliflower:

When the gulia began to soften, I added to the juice that boiled the cauliflower and green beans:

And as soon as the cauliflower was almost ready, I added the diced potatoes and the scalded tomatoes, cleaned and cut into cubes. I let it boil until the potatoes were cooked:

I sprinkled the chopped greens and put the lid on, to blend the flavors for about 10 minutes. I beat the yolks with 2 tablespoons of cold water, then with creamy fat (if the cream used has a lower percentage of fat there is a danger of cutting). I added a soup polish to this mixture, I mixed well, then I added the mixture over the rest of the soup in the pot. I matched the taste of salt and pepper. When serving, I sprinkled some greenery.
According to everyone's taste, it can be soured with lemon juice or vinegar. My daughter and I were perfect as such, my husband put vinegar on it.
