It's easier than you think! First finely chop the salami, eggs, peppers (donut and green) and olives, then mix them with whipped butter, cheese and mustard. Franzela / baguette is cut in half and the core is removed. If the bread is older or the core is simply crumbly, add it to the above composition.
But if the core is soft and turns into lumps the moment you want to crush it, replace it with breadcrumbs. Fill the bread halves with the prepared mixture and stuff them well with a spoon, to be as compact as possible. The "caps" are the very core that I didn't add to the composition because it was very "elastic".
Leave it in the fridge for about 3 hours, then cut it into slices and eat it with gusto !!!
