Add the rosemary in a mortar, together with a little coarse salt and turn it into a paste. Transfer to a bowl, add crushed olive oil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, vinegar and cayenne pepper and mix.
Cut the chicken breast and bread into 2 cm cubes. Add to the marinade bowl and mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat over high heat and add the skewers. Place a plate on top and a heavy object, such as a mortar. This makes the skewers crispy.

Meanwhile, peel the oranges and cut into slices.
Sprinkle the cabbage with olive oil and the juice of 1/2 lemon.
Place on two plates, add slices of red orange, skewers and feta cheese and serve with lemon slices.
Greek Kritharaki salad with chicken and green olives
Kritharaki rice noodles are native to Greece. In Italy and Turkey they are known by different names. They all have one thing in common: they are very flexible, changeable and, on top of that, a good substitute for risotto if you don't have one at home.
- Cut the chicken and fry in oil and set aside.
- Wash the rice. Melt it in a pan of butter and wait until it browns a little and then add the rice to cover with a little water and let it boil. Boil on low heat for about 20 minutes until water is absorbed.
- Remove the peppers and leave in the oven at 220 degrees until the skin explodes. Remove the skin and cut approximately.
- Cut the olives into rings.
- Cut the fresh garlic stalks into rings.
- In a small bowl, squeeze the olive oil, parsley and lemon to taste and mix with salt.
- Mix all ingredients well in a pretty bowl and serve immediately
Advice: Chicken breast can be varied with pork or for vegetarians also with tofu!
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Black pepper soil - to taste
Fresh salad with apples and carrots contains many vitamins and the taste you simply have to try it!

SKIN WITH RAW pink salmon
Excellency, Elena. I also like what it looks like and what it contains.
Have a nice day.
It looks very appetizing and the thing with the stove is also valid for me, I better not eat than to use the stove for a long time. I saw the fennel at Auchan but it seemed a bit expensive, it was 15 RON / kg so I said I was still waiting to find out.
good and healthy. I like the new look. many kisses
I think it was delicious. The fennel is not found here as far as I know, but if I find it I take it home and the salad is written on its dignity.
Yvonne, I'm so glad you like it. Fennel is not as expensive as it seems and its taste is worth it.
Adriana, I'm "hot", so it's an ordeal to use the stove for more than 15 minutes! I do, turn on the air conditioning and run out of the kitchen until it cools down. especially since I'm on the top floor! At Auchan it is expensive, you have to look at Real or Kaufland. I from Kaufland buy the most convenient such "specialties" that are not grown locally.
Alina, thank you, I like it too. You have to try the salad and tell me what you thought of the combination. I wasn't used to making orange juice dressing, but it surprised me too.
Sarah, my dear, I want you to find the fennel and try some recipes with it. You will be pleasantly surprised by its sweetness and aroma.
Alas, this salad sounds dizzyingly good!
It can be found everywhere, in the market at small shops, supermarkets. Fiocchi are my favorites, I would eat them raw in salads or boiled with a little salt, drained and mixed with a little butter. a goodness! Your salad looks great and honestly I would stick a little in it even if I ate earlier! kisses and good night!
Gabriela, please serve yourself, even if it's a late hour! Good night to you!
This recipe is for any of the first three days of the Rina Diet - 90 Day Diet.
You will need:
1 beautiful eggplant or two smaller ones
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red kapia pepper
1 stalk of green garlic, but you can also put crushed puppies
2 cm freshly grated ginger rhizome, just juice
salt, freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into 0.5 cm thick slices.
Place on a plate and press the rest of the sesame seeds. It can be eaten next to grilled chicken breast, other steak, baked potatoes or baked. Or simple!
It looks and sounds beastly appetizing.
Elena, you always surprise me (very pleasant, of course: D) with these special salads ... congratulations.
waw arata super. I'll try it too. I want something new but eggplant! that would be to my taste after what I read so I'll try it soon.
Ana Maria, I'm glad you were impressed. It is different from what we are used to.
Olgutza, you will get used to me in the end. I'm a fan of salads, of all kinds. Most of the time for me they represent a table, with nothing else besides them, I like it so much.
Giovanna, I'm glad you find it tempting. I would love to like you. Congratulations on all those sweet wonders you do! You are unmatched by fantasy, not just execution.
It looks great, the taste. I don't know, with orange juice, I've never eaten.
All the best.
Very good! I'm a fan of salads too !, thanks for the recipe I'll try it soon. It looks all beautiful and very colorful, how can you not eat such a salad? kiss!
A delicious and unique salad I have never seen before.
A good idea and an inspired combination.
I sure do.
Thanks for the recipe,
Good morning, Elena! Your recipes are always special. I made the & quotinecata & quot apple pie last night :). It turned out very good. Thank you
Very handsome! Congratulations, thanks for the recipe, it's something new!
I confess that I tried eggplant salad in the same way, with sesame paste for example, with garlic, but I didn't like that the taste of ripe eggplant is lost. I will try it with oranges, I hope orange juice and ginger not to alter its taste.
As soon as the eggplants and peppers are cooked in my garden, I will definitely make this salad recipe. As it looks, it is gorgeous. I already have water in my mouth. I'm greedy.
Of course I will just try to find yellow or red bell peppers and kapia peppers. It seems a delight to me but I conclude after I try it.
I like your way of cooking and the fact that you rely on a balanced diet, I think we should all follow your example! As for the salad, it is really exotic, I think tasty.
shows grade 10, only interesting ideas my dear. Kisses and a beautiful evening
Daniela, the orange juice and a little peel do not alter the taste of the eggplant. I used to put some lemon juice in the salad anyway, so a little acidity goes with the eggplant.
Gabriela, I like a salad to be balanced and colorful, but that's not all. The taste is good and, especially, without altering the eggplant.
Ivy, I & # 39m glad you find it interesting. I am very sorry that I never noted in the cuisine is inspired. I remember the recipe from a TV show doubled in Hungarian and didn’t get along very well.
Lia, I'm glad. I can't wait for impressions.
Adriana, I'm glad you did it - it wasn't hard either! - And that you liked it.
Alexandrina, I can't wait to try it.
Pansy, my dear, does not alter the taste in any way! I also made tahini - it's called babaganoush - but I wasn't very happy. What do we suit our tastes!
From my Garden, you will like it, especially since the eggplants grown in your garden are definitely very tasty.
Sarah, put the peppers you find. It is important to bake them on the flame, quickly, not in the oven to soften. You have to stay a little crispy.
Goldie, dear dear, thank you for the kind words. I try, but bad habits are not easy to forget. Slataica is really tasty too. it's not spicy at all from ginger juice, as it should be. Now, everyone can put as much juicy or spicy as they want - pepper, ginger or orange juice. Here, each to his own taste. I tried to give some balanced amounts. I also tried chilli flakes, grated on top, but, although I like it spicy, it seems to change its taste.
Halloween party? 6 great appetizers, ready in just a few minutes
Cut each cheese rectangle into thin strands, but keep one-third of their length uncut.
Wrap the slice of cheese around a sticks, then tie it with a sprig of green onion. You have to get the shape of the mat.
1. Eyes bleeding from eggs
This creative appetizer can be prepared from both stuffed eggs and simple boiled eggs. If you don't have time to fill them, just boil them, cut them in half, put half an olive in the middle and draw reddish stripes of ketchup or other sauce, to create the impression of blood vessels.
2. Pumpkin cheese
Shape small pumpkins out of cottage cheese. Roll them in paprika and place them on salted biscuits on a flat platter. Improvise their parsley stalks and stick them in the cheese pumpkins.
3. Tomb sandwiches
Sandwiches are the snacks that are prepared the easiest and that can get you out of trouble at the Halloween party. Fill the slices of white and black bread with various ingredients that you have in the fridge (taking care to be creamy enough for the slices to stick). Place fringed lettuce leaves on a plate, then cut out the sandwiches in the shape of coffins or tombstones and place them standing on the plate.
4. Mummies from sausages to dough
If you have a few sausages in the fridge and a packet of foil in the freezer, you can quickly create the cutest mummies-Halloween appetizer. Cut the ribbon dough, then wrap the sausages in it, taking care to leave 0.5 cm. uncovered, at one end. Put them in the oven for 10 minutes, until the dough browns, then decorate the mummies' eyes with mustard.
6. Apples "poisoned" on a stick
Apples can turn into a truly dramatic appetizer, ready in just a few minutes. Melt the sugar until it becomes caramel, add a drop of black dye in it, stick skewer sticks in the apples and roll them in the black caramel. Take them out on a grill and let them harden before serving them at the Halloween party.
