Chicken skewers with bread and red orange salad with Kale and Feta

Add the rosemary in a mortar, together with a little coarse salt and turn it into a paste. Transfer to a bowl, add crushed olive oil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, vinegar and cayenne pepper and mix.

Cut the chicken breast and bread into 2 cm cubes. Add to the marinade bowl and mix well.

Stick the pieces of bread and the chicken, together with the bay leaves, a piece of bread, a piece of chicken and a bay leaf until 4 skewer sticks are filled.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat over high heat and add the skewers. Place a plate on top and a heavy object, such as a mortar. This makes the skewers crispy.

Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, peel the oranges and cut into slices.

Sprinkle the cabbage with olive oil and the juice of 1/2 lemon.

Place on two plates, add slices of red orange, skewers and feta cheese and serve with lemon slices.


Greek Kritharaki salad with chicken and green olives

Kritharaki rice noodles are native to Greece. In Italy and Turkey they are known by different names. They all have one thing in common: they are very flexible, changeable and, on top of that, a good substitute for risotto if you don't have one at home.

  1. Cut the chicken and fry in oil and set aside.
  2. Wash the rice. Melt it in a pan of butter and wait until it browns a little and then add the rice to cover with a little water and let it boil. Boil on low heat for about 20 minutes until water is absorbed.
  3. Remove the peppers and leave in the oven at 220 degrees until the skin explodes. Remove the skin and cut approximately.
  4. Cut the olives into rings.
  5. Cut the fresh garlic stalks into rings.
  6. In a small bowl, squeeze the olive oil, parsley and lemon to taste and mix with salt.
  7. Mix all ingredients well in a pretty bowl and serve immediately

Advice: Chicken breast can be varied with pork or for vegetarians also with tofu!

Black pepper soil - to taste

Fresh salad with apples and carrots contains many vitamins and the taste you simply have to try it!

This recipe is for any of the first three days of the Rina Diet - 90 Day Diet.

You will need:
1 beautiful eggplant or two smaller ones
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red kapia pepper
1 stalk of green garlic, but you can also put crushed puppies
2 cm freshly grated ginger rhizome, just juice
salt, freshly ground pepper
green parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 orange

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into 0.5 cm thick slices.


Place on a plate and press the rest of the sesame seeds. It can be eaten next to grilled chicken breast, other steak, baked potatoes or baked. Or simple!

Cut each cheese rectangle into thin strands, but keep one-third of their length uncut.

1. Eyes bleeding from eggs

6. Apples "poisoned" on a stick

Apples can turn into a truly dramatic appetizer, ready in just a few minutes. Melt the sugar until it becomes caramel, add a drop of black dye in it, stick skewer sticks in the apples and roll them in the black caramel. Take them out on a grill and let them harden before serving them at the Halloween party.
