Bruschettas with polenta

I don't know about you, but I never manage to make the ideal amount of polenta. Either I do too little or too much. I have some polenta left over from dinner yesterday and I was looking for a way to recycle it. You already know I don't like to throw away food.

Ingredient:

  • polenta
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 3 green olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8-10 basil leaves
  • mozzarella
  • tomatoes

Method of preparation:

  1. From basil, olives, garlic and olive oil I prepared a kind of pesto. I call it a kind of pesto because it doesn't contain the ingredients of a traditional pesto. I mixed the mentioned ingredients until they were finely chopped. Ideally, a paste would have come out, but the amount is too small to become fine.
  2. I spread the polenta in a 1-2 cm sheet. You can use a twister or simply flatten it by hand with cling film. I opted for the second option. Then, with the help of a circle (you can use a small glass) I cut it. I joined the remaining pieces, stretched them out again, and cut them out as well.
  3. Am încins cuptorul la 180 de grade Celsius, am pus formele decupate din mămăligă într-o tavă tapetată cu hârtie de copt şi le-am dat în cuptor până s-a fomat o crustă fină deasupra lor. Le puteţi lăsa până se rumenesc. Personal, mi se pare că se usucă mult prea tare.
  4. Când am scos formele din mămăligă din cuptor, le-am uns cu sosul de busuioc, le-am garnisit cu mozzarella dată prin răzătoare şi cu felii de roşii cherry.

Antonia nu s-a împrietenit încă cu roşiile aşa că le-a servit cu doar cu sos şi mozzarella. Mămăliga este în topul preferinţelor copilului :).

I am a dynamic man since I know myself, curious, who likes challenges. And so far, I've had a few.

I started writing on noidoisibebe.ro in 2015. Things went further than I thought I could go and, in 2021, I decided it was time to make a change, noidoisibebe.ro to become flaviahirișcău.ro. I needed a space and a name to represent me as I am today.

I write honestly. I write to help, to share what I know, to give ideas and a touch of inspiration.

Bruschete speciale

2 baghete
Îți trebuie pentru maioneză:

1 gălbenuș crud
1 gălbenuș fiert tare
1 linguriță muștar
oil
salt
Îți trebuie pentru crema de brânză cu mărar:

250 g brânză telemea
150 g smântână
1 legătură mărar verde
salt
Îți trebuie pentru crema de ficat:

1 cutie pate ficat de porc
100 g maioneză
1 legătură mărar
pepper
salt
Îți trebuie pentru crema de ciuperci:

150 g ciuperci de la conservă
100 g maioneză
câțiva căței de usturoi
pepper
Îți trebuie pentru bruschetele cu somon filé:

200 g carne de porc
2 ouă
1 ceapă
1 felie de pâine
50 g făină
oil
pepper
salt
Îți trebuie pentru turnulețe:

150 g cașcaval
150 g salam de porc
150 g salam uscat
50 g măsline negre
150 g șuncă
1/2 red pepper
1/2 ardei verde

Pregătești bruschetele așa:
Tai felii subțiri din baghetă, apoi le dai la cuptor până capătă o culoare aurie.
Pregătești maioneza așa:
Amesteci gălbenușul crud cu cel fiert tare, freci cu o lingură de lemn, adăugând uleiul în fir subțire. După ce crește, încorporezi muștarul și 1 linguriță apă rece. Condimentezi cu sare după gust. Împarți maioneza în 2 părți.
Pregătești crema de brânză așa:
Într-un bol freci brânza telemea cu smântâna și sarea. Speli mărarul și îl tai mărunt, apoi îl adaugi peste brânză.
Pregătești crema de ficat așa:
Amesteci pateul cu 1/2 maioneză, adaugi mărarul spălat și tocat mărunt. Condimentezi cu sare și piper.
Pregătești crema de ciuperci așa:
Speli ciupercile cu apă rece și le tai mărunt. Într-un bol pui restul de maioneză, usturoiul tăiat mărunt și ciupercile și amesteci.
Pregătești bruschetele cu somon așa:
Întinzi puțină cremă pe fiecare felie de pâine și pui câte o bucățică de filé de somon.
Pregătești chifteluțele așa:
Dai la mașină carnea, ceapa și felia de pâine înmuiată în prealabil în apă. Condimentezi cu sare și piper după gust. Faci chifteluțe mici, pe care le prăjești în ulei încins.
Pregătești turnulețele așa:
Pui din fiecare mezel câte o felie, una peste alta, și, cu ajutorul unei forme de fursecuri, tai diferite modele. La fel procedezi și cu ardeii. Le înfigi pe o scobitoare.


Rețetă de Bruschete cu vinete și rodie

Ingrediente Bruschete cu vinete și rodie:

  • 6 felii de pâine Graham Sylvester de la Vel Pitar
  • 1 vânătă de dimensiuni medii
  • 2 căței mici de usturoi
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lingură de pastă tahini (pastă de susan)
  • 3 linguri cu vârf de boabe de rodie
  • zeama de la 1/2 de lămâie
  • 5-6 frunze proaspete de mentă
  • salt and pepper
  • condimente după plac, eu am folosit câte 1/2 vârf de cuțit de coriandru pudră și chimion măcinat

Preparation Bruschete cu vinete și rodie:

1. Vânăta se taie cubulețe, după preferință puteți păstra sau nu și coaja (sau o parte din ea, dă un pic de textură preparatului finit). Se stropesc cuburile de vânătă cu 1 lingură de zeamă de lămâie și se presară cu puțină sare.

2. Se încinge cuptorul la 180 de grade Celsius. Cuburile de vânătă se aranjează într-o tavă acoperită cu hârtie de copt, într-un singur strat și se stropesc cu cele două linguri de ulei de măsline. Se dau la cuptor timp de 15-20 de minute, până se rumenesc pe alocuri și se înmoaie, apoi se scot din tavă pe șervete de hârtie absorbantă, să mai elimine din ulei.

3. Pentru dressing se zdrobește 1 cățel mic de usturoi, se adaugă 1 lingură de pastă tahini (pastă de susan), zeamă de lămâie, sare, piper și condimente după gust. Se adaugă apă rece până la obținerea unei consistențe semifluide.

4. Se prăjesc feliile de pâine Graham Sylvester apoi se freacă pe una dintre fețe cu usturoi.

5. Se distribuie vinetele pe cele șase felii de pâine prăjită și aromatizată cu usturoi, se stropesc cu dressing și se presară cu semințele de rodie și menta proaspătă ruptă în bucăți.

Se servesc imediat și se înfulecă pofticios. Noi poftă am avut și vă doresc și vouă!


Bruschete cu roşii, busuioc şi şuncă

Ingredient: 10 felii de sunca slaba, 4 rosii de la cutie, frunze de papadie proaspete, 2 linguri de busuioc, usturoi, sare, piper, 1/3 ceasca de ulei de masline extravirgin, bruschete integrale, branza feta.

Method of preparation: Bruschetele se stropesc cu ulei de masline, se presara apoi busuioc, piper, sare, usturoi maruntit si se dau la cuptor pentru 20 de minute. Toate celelalte ingrediente – sunca, rosiile, papadia, branza – se taie in bucatele si se amesteca intr-o farfurie adanca. Apoi se adauga compozitia pe fiecare bruscheta. Folositi cu incredere bruschete integrale, stropite cu ulei extravirgin de masline si cu adaos de plante aromatice.

Puteti sa le mancati si simple, la orice ora din zi. Este o combinatie care scade colesterolul, dar si trigliceridele din sange. Mai mult, fibrele din painea integrala favorizeaza tranzitul intestinal, iar busuiocul, ca si usturoiul, creste imunitatea in sezonul rece. Mai mult, uleiul extravirgin de masline nu se distruge prin preparare termica. Dar ideal ar fi sa-l turnati peste bruschete la finalul prepararii lor la cuptor. Aceasta deoarece uleiul extravirgin de masline este atat un aliment pretios, cat si un mijloc de a face aromoterapie, adica de a va calma spre exemplu seara.
