In a tall bowl put the flour and make a hole in the middle, add the yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk, a little water and a little flour, then let it rise a little.

After it has risen, add the other ingredients to the composition and knead until you get a suitable hard dough. Leave it to rise for about 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into two equal parts, then spread them one by one. We make a rectangular sheet, we put half of the marmalade in place and then we fold the unfilled part over the filled one.

We press the empty places with our fingers to eliminate the air but also not to open. We take a glass and cut the donuts, leave them on the table for a while until the oil heats up, then fry them.

Remove the donuts from the oil, on an absorbent napkin and leave them to cool. Then we powder them with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.

They are very good served cold with a glass of lukewarm milk.
