Dissolve the gelatin and beat the 400 ml sour cream with vanilla sugar. Then add whipped cream and gelatin to the cream. Cut the top into 2 lengths and place the filling in the middle. Let it cool for 2 hours.

Method of preparation:

Put in a bowl wheat flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, egg yolks, eggs, butter and honey. Mix all ingredients well.

Divide the dough into two equal parts. Spread a piece of dough in a baking tray (42 & # 21522 cm) lined with baking paper. Bake the dough in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
