To the mince, add the egg whites, the washed and well drained rice, a teaspoon with a pinch of flour and a pinch of pepper. Mix well, then take a teaspoon of the composition, about the size of an olive, put it in the palm watered with cold water, twist it to get a round shape and quickly release it into the boiling soup.

The simple recipe for meatballs with borscht is cooked as follows: Put cold water in a 5-liter pot and boil the beef broth together with the coarsely chopped celery stalk. Before boiling, take the foam on top several times until you get a transparent and clean soup, then cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer for at least an hour and a half.

Put the carrot, celery and parsnip on the large grater, finely chop an onion and bell pepper, then fry them together in a pan with three to four tablespoons of rapeseed oil. Until the vegetables are cooked, form the meatballs.
Mix the minced meat with the egg and a tablespoon of rice.
When the soup boils, add balls made from the minced meat composition.
Cover with a lid and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
Add magic borscht, larch and green parsley.

For a healthy meatball soup, you will need:

  • 750 g of meat plus vegetables, according to the stuffed pepper recipe
  • 2 bundles of fresh larch, you don't have chopped, dry, it does its job
  • a few potatoes, cut into cubes
  • two onions, chopped
  • a bell pepper, diced
  • two celery threads, finely chopped
  • a quarter of celery root, chopped into small cubes
  • two, three diced carrots
  • three liters of borscht
  • three liters of hot water
  • a parsley root
  • a parsnip root

In a large pot (10l), over medium heat, start cooking the onion for a few minutes, then add the rest of the vegetables, including the whole parsley and parsley roots. Stir occasionally and after about ten minutes add hot water. Let it boil with the lid on for half an hour, over medium heat.

Wet your hands and form the meatballs. Bring to the boil after half an hour.

Boil the borscht until it settles, then let it rinse for a few minutes.

Finely chop the larch, including the stalks. Boil the stem side. After the meatballs have cooked for about half an hour, add the borscht and season with salt and pepper. Let it boil for a few more minutes, turn off the heat, add the rest of the chopped larch and leave the soup with the lid on for a few minutes, to take on the aroma of the larch.

Dietary Meatball Soup

To start, clean the vegetables, cut them into cubes and put them to boil in a bowl with water. Meanwhile, prepare the meatballs: chop the meat, boil the soy, add the rest of the ingredients, mix and form the meatballs.
