RECIPE PREPARATION Potato dish with corn and sausages:

We cut the sausages into slices and boil them in a little water to give two or three boils, we drain the water, we put another one and we let it boil for the second three times, after which we empty them in a sieve to drain.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. The vegetables cleaned and washed, we put them on the grater. Finely chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a pot, add the onions and vegetables, then the potatoes, heat everything for 2-3 minutes. We open the canned corn, we pass the grains, under a stream of water, we drain them and we add them over the vegetables. Also now we put the sausages, cumin, tarragon, salt, pepper and cover with water just enough to cover them. Bring to the boil for 30 ', add the chopped dill and parsley and turn off the heat.

It goes great with pickles. I served it with grape donuts.

Potato soup with sausages and corn

A few days ago I received a large package full of new Maestro products from Caroli. Ever since I first opened the package and saw the sausages, I knew that a bag would surely end up in a potato soup!
Potato soup is a traditional one in our country and is always a huge success, whether I enrich it or not with meat. Although the potatoes have enough starch, I still like to thicken it extra, to be as creamy as possible. In the past, I used as I had seen with my grandmother: white flour. But a few months ago, in a fiction book, I read about a thickened soup with oatmeal and since then I started doing the same. The consistency remains the same as that of white wheat flour, only it is denser and more nutritious.

Potato soup with sausages and corn

1 onion
1/2 red pepper
3 carrots
1-2 parsley roots
5-6 potatoes
2-3 tablespoons of oatmeal
1-2 bay leaf
salt and pepper
1 bag of Master sausages
1 cup frozen corn kernels
3 tablespoons sour cream
green parsley

Peel the vegetables and prepare them. The first stage is quite short and it is good to have them all ready: cleaned and chopped. Chop the onion and pepper with a knife, grate the roots or chop finely with a food processor, cut the potatoes into cubes.
Chop the onion and pepper and lightly fry in the pan. When the onion becomes glassy, ​​put the finely chopped roots (given on a grater) and cook a little to leave the carrot color. Add the potatoes, mix and sprinkle with oatmeal. The flour is not fried, just mix the ingredients lightly to be covered with flour. Immediately after that, pour a little water and mix again, so that the flour dissolves. If the result is too thick, pour a little more water and mix gently. When the flour is perfectly dissolved, without agglomerations or lumps, fill the pot with water and let it boil.
Add the bay leaf and season to taste with salt and pepper.

When the potatoes start to soften, add the sliced ​​sausages and corn.
And when they are all boiled, take the pot off the heat and prepare a little sour cream in a bowl. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of hot juice over the cream in the bowl and dissolve with a spoon. Then pour into the large soup pot and mix well.
Add green parsley.
