The amazing aroma stirs your mind. Although the pudding does not contain eggs, it maintains its shape well, is very tasty and delicate and will be to everyone's liking.

INGREDIENTS

-50 g of butter + 1 tablespoon of butter to lubricate the form

-1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Wash the rice and put it in a saucepan. Pour the milk on top and add a pinch of salt.

2. Boil the rice for 10 minutes before it is ready, add the vanilla sugar, butter and 100 g of sugar.

3. Divide the obtained porridge into 3 parts.

4. Peel apples and seeds.

5. Put the apples through the large grater.

6. Grease a silicone form with a tablespoon of butter, put a portion of rice and level it with a tablespoon.

7. Place 1/2 of the grated apples on top and sprinkle with 50 g of sugar and cinnamon to taste.

8. Then add the rice and repeat the layers. The last layer must be made of rice.

9. Cover the pudding with foil so that it does not dry out.

10. Bake the pudding in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Method of preparation
We boil the milk and when it boils we add the rice that we washed in 2-3 waters. We also add a pinch of salt and cinnamon stick. When the rice has boiled, set it aside and let it cool to absorb the remaining milk.
Until the rice cools, rub the yolks with the caster sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Peel an apple and grate it.
Whisk the egg whites.
When the rice has cooled, mix it with the yolks.
Take a heat-resistant dish that we grease with butter and cover with apple slices. The remaining mixture is mixed with the rice and finally add the beaten egg whites and incorporate by mixing lightly.
Pour the composition into the bowl and put in the oven at 180 until browned.

As I said, I chose to prepare a pudding in the oven, suitable for gastric diseases and for the little family, being #babyfriendly.

  • 170 gr rice
  • 1 liter of water (or as needed until the rice is cooked)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 grated sweet apples
  • 1 cube of butter
  • grated lemon peel
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • a cinnamon powder

Wash the rice well and boil it with enough water to cover it. As the rice boils, add more water little by little and when the rice is almost boiled and the water has decreased, add the milk.

In a non-stick pan, place the cube of butter, grated apples and cinnamon powder, which you heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks of the two eggs and whisk the egg whites.

Mix the yolks with the maple syrup, lemon peel, grated apples and hardened rice and gradually add the beaten egg whites, stirring gently!

Put in a heat-resistant dish greased with butter and bake for about 40 minutes.
